Got new tires from here and the service is excellent. I found tires online that were cheaper than they quoted in store and they went ahead and matched the price... very nice. I ordered tires ans paid in full for set of 4 tires recommended by their sales associate. These specific tires were ordered as was told would be in on Thursday, but said to call back to make sure they arrived for Friday install. On Friday called and they were not available, no store Manger on site and was told "sometime next week". Requested additional supprt from store manager and 3 additional days later still no cals or follow up from the location in Columbus, Indiana. Terrible customer service. I've been a long time customer of this company in 3 different states. I took my car in because the TPMs light was on. They scanned all the tires and said my l/f sensor battery was low I replaced the sensor lights that came back on. Took it back next day and was told 2 more sensors were bad. At $64 apiece I would have paid all to be replaced but was only told I needed 1. I ordered a full set online called and asked Levi if they would replace all 4 at no charge because I had to come back 3 times he would not accommodate me with that. After all these years number of cars being there I will find another shop in town for my 4 cars tire needs. read more

The waiting area is beautifully clean and comfortable, even in the middle of winter with slush and grime everywhere outside. We brought in the entire wheel and tyre and the shop manager made absolutely sure that we were attended to immediately. They were busy but everyone was attended to right away and told there may be a wait. Nobody stood around without being addressed very shortly. The shop manager the called Continental to check on tyre warranty. With considerable effort on the manager's part, he managed to get an excellent prorated warranty. The manager could have just said no warranty. But he went above and beyond with no haggle nor grief. Forget all other tyre places. Amazing service at discount tire! Ran over some debris in the road and ended up completely flattening my tire on the way to my brother in-law's wedding! This morning I had a slow leak in one of my tires and I pulled in to the discount tire here in Columbus. They are the most professional young man I've ever met in my entire life. At about 4:00pm on a Saturday afternoon I went into our garage and noticed that my wife had a flat tire on her Prius. Having recently relocate to this area from another state I had no idea where to go for a tire repair. I immediately began searching the internet. I went down the list and called several places and none would fix the tire at that late time as most closed and were not interested. Being about 15 minutes out of town I notices a small ad for Discount tire and called them. I was advised they closed at 5:00pm. I immediately drove the 20 minutes to their location. I arrived at 4:30pm. There were 3 people in the lobby and immediately upon entering I was greeted by a gentleman named Levi. Levi advised me the tire would be completed by 5:15pm because there were people ahead of me. It was not a problem so I sat and waited patiently. At 5:00pm a young man informed me the tire was ready and indicated that he would put it on the back of my SUV. I said that I had not paid for it yet and he informed me it was completed at no charge. Being quite surprised I said "No charge! Are you sure?" He said, "We do not charge for flat repairs." I thanked him profusely and let him know that do to their level of service I would be returning to buy a complete set of tires. I am a stickler for customer service and am constantly evaluating levels of service. In a time of complacency and generally poor service I must commend Discount Tire on their excellent service. I always leave reviews on line, good or bad. As soon as this review is completed I will be visiting other on line sites to leave more reviews.
