The repair shop is charging me storage for the car - and southwest engines dont care and dont have a clue what is going on the the transmission. The customer service Lady that answers at ext. 4002 has no infromation and just lyes to tell you what you want to hear - your transmission is being tested, your transmission is being cleaned, your transmission is being inspected - each process takes a week. My grandmother can do these processes in one day. If I had to do this all over - I would shop somewere else

I then placed another order and their webpage declined my credit card payment so I tried a different card and it went thru. that motor arrived in decent condition. then I received a text from them that another motor was enrout. evidently they put thru another order using my original credit card and now a duplicate order was on its way. they would not cancel delivery, but instructed me to decline delivery, take pictures of in-delivered motore and email them to the warranty dept. I did just that. well now it's been 15 business days and today I spoke to 4 different agents each of which gave me another run around story of how the claim was now in the finance dept for approval. each time I requested to speak to a supervisor and each time I was disconnected. with all the complaints I have seen about this company from people all over the US, is there a way to sue them as a group?

Sadly many employees left they store because of said employees attitudes toward other employees and customers. It's speedway not Sams Club. And then they wonder why they can't keep good employees. Am hour later my friend went in and did 5 transactions with same employees And nothing was said. He recorded it and after asked is their a limit on transactions? And walked out. It's the front engine splash shield hanging under my car They didn't screw it back on. Then we had two engine lights come on. I had my husband take it back to Valvoline and they screwed the guard back in but refused to fix the engine lights. From not having that guard on, dirt got into my engine. And from jamming my filter in, they damaged that sensor. I called customer support and they said they were opening an investigation. I never heard back.
