I did just that. well now it's been 15 business days and today I spoke to 4 different agents each of which gave me another run around story of how the claim was now in the finance dept for approval. each time I requested to speak to a supervisor and each time I was disconnected. with all the complaints I have seen about this company from people all over the US, is there a way to sue them as a group?
