Now unless you have a good relationship with a auto repair shop, it usually turns out to be a bad experience. Not the case at S and S! They are a family owned and operated business and just about the nicest people you could want to meet. The bent wheel was to me a low priority as that car is really and truly an extra car and only driven on good days, it's a convertible. I called on a Monday, they checked the appointment book and scheduled me for that Wednesday. Come Wednesday, dropped the car off in the morning and a few hours later received a phone call saying your car is finished and can be picked up. With a great experience like that I think I might have found my new go to repair shop. Thanks S and S !!!

The service is quick and the intake guy Mike has always been friendly and wonderful with follow up on quotes via text. Did I mention they have a great waiting room that has free coffee, charging station and comfy chairs! I will be coming here moving forward and will definitely be referring friends. It's about 50 minutes drive from home but soooo worth the commute. When you drive up it does seem a bit hard to find but just ride up to the back and you'll be there. Quickest service I've ever had. They gave me a lot of education about keeping an eye on the alternator and the price was fair. During my time waiting there was a tv and good air conditioning which was appreciated on a very hot day. I observed several interactions with customers and they had such a good rapport and tried to provide knowledge as well as good customer service. I feel very fortunate that this happened next to a shop that could help me so quickly and professionally. I will definitely be returning to have my car serviced when needed.

They took my car to get it inspected and within 20-25 minutes...I was all done. The staff were super friendly and attentive and they work really quick. They provided great service and I will definitely be back next month for my other car. Highly recommend if you have any car troubles and what not. And also! The price was great and reasonable.
