Absolute worst auto parts place in the area, the XXXXL guy behind the counter doesn't know anything, is very unhelpful when it comes to the simplest questions. Had a hard time counting real money and gave back wrong change. Just to find out when I got home I had received a used part. I went back to the store and almost didn't get a replacement because I didn't have a commercial account? Dude had me in the store while he was outside smoking a cigarette. 10 mins later he walks in and doesn't even acknowledge I'm there. I had to ask to be checked out. After a scoff he got back up and checked me out without a single word. Good job autozone. I won't be back and I'll make sure everyone I know, knows about the trailer park circus going on in there ... 0/10. Great customer service! This autozone saved the day. They had the part I needed, lent me all the tools to replace my alternator and allowed me to wash my hands in their restroom with the decreasing soap. I'm very thankful for everything they had done for me. I highly recommend this autozone. read more
