Just greatly inconvenienced by my car sliding out of my driveway and being stuck in the yard. I attempt to call the number linked, but it just rings with no answer or VM. 2 hours pass. Insurance asks if he has shown up. Report no. Insurance calls him again, I guess? And he reports a 45 minute wait time. 45 minutes passes, and he cancels the assistance, stating he could not see me. He never showed up or drove by from what I could tell. Definitely did not approach my home, as that was the service address. Now, 5 hours after initial contact with insurance, I am still waiting on service because I believed he would help, and now I am at the back of every queue that has formed all day. I am thankful I was not in a time sensitive situation and relying on this service. ​

We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

She even talked me through finding the tire size so she could check stock. The office is clean, and comfortable for those who choose to wait for their car. Two women at the desk for prompt service and they really know their tires. I was impressed. My flat was beyond repair and I was given price for the recommended brand replacement as well as a more economical but acceptable substitute. It was recommended, not surprisingly, that I replace the whole set. The reasoning was clearly and patiently explained and NO high pressure or scare tactics used. I opted to just get the one but plan to come back soon and get them all updated. Car was ready when promised and I got a text message informing me. Tires sold here are primarily new so this is probably not the place if you're looking for used, otherwise highly recommended. Oh yeah, at Christmastime they build a little tire tree out front!

John's did not have the tire to fit the rim, so he drove a hour over and an hour back with tires to fit the car. He and his staff were so nice & so considerate. They saved us from having to spend another night on the road. I would highly recommend them.
