We were told to leave the car overnight because the shop was too busy. Since that wasn't an option for us, we decided we would bring the car back in the morning and simply asked for help removing the tire. Unfortunately, no one offered assistance or even provided a better tool to help us remove it ourselves. This was especially disappointing because we purchased all four tires from this location just a few months ago. Customer service should matter, especially for existing customers. If this is the level of service provided, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My 2010 SS needed a new underhood fuse box and I found one through this supplier…read more 1. It took two weeks to get the part from NEW YORK to PENNSYLVANIA. 2. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

Multiple…read moretimes during my conversation with Tom he said it should be my "Husband or Boyfriend doing this" not me. If it was said once, fine I expect some level of sexism when I buy replacement parts for my car, But it was said multiple times. Its 2017, not 1957, a woman can fix her own car, but then again Queen Elizabeth II was a mechanic during WW2 so any level of sexism in a retail location is unacceptable. I probably will not be shopping at this location again. Sexism aside, Tom was polite and found the correct bulb for me. He asked if he could see my car to just quickly visually check to make sure it was the right shape. My entire visit took less then 10 minutes. This was also sent to Advance Auto Parts directly.
