We were told to leave the car overnight because the shop was too busy. Since that wasn't an option for us, we decided we would bring the car back in the morning and simply asked for help removing the tire. Unfortunately, no one offered assistance or even provided a better tool to help us remove it ourselves. This was especially disappointing because we purchased all four tires from this location just a few months ago. Customer service should matter, especially for existing customers. If this is the level of service provided, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've actually always wondered who went to batteries plus bulbs, assuming that most people get these things from Target or Walmart. But they actually offer quite a few essential services beyond ordinary batteries and bulbs, such as car key fob replacement and reprogramming, tablet and phone screen replacement, Razr scooter repair and auto battery installation (much faster than at auto parts shops). They also sell smart home products, RV and marine batteries and more. They actually did quite a nice job with our screen repairs, and it didn't take them all that long either. The end result looked like an out of the box screen to me. Very pleased with the work they did and the price was fair. Five stars for sure. If your wife likes to drop phones on sidewalks, definitely check these guys out!

If it was said once, fine I expect some level of sexism when I buy replacement parts for my car, But it was said multiple times. Its 2017, not 1957, a woman can fix her own car, but then again Queen Elizabeth II was a mechanic during WW2 so any level of sexism in a retail location is unacceptable. I probably will not be shopping at this location again. Sexism aside, Tom was polite and found the correct bulb for me. He asked if he could see my car to just quickly visually check to make sure it was the right shape. My entire visit took less then 10 minutes. This was also sent to Advance Auto Parts directly.
