I just now had to get a rear rotor replaced 4 $457. Now the Ac is not working. I also need struts. There is a crack in windshield. I call and no1 ever gets back to me. Then I was told by a different Peruzzi chain to please remove a review I made another time. Smh I regret purchasing from this dealership. My son purchased a used car here. Literally the next morning the p/s door would not open from the inside. No one would return a call in a timely matter. This is a dangerous situation if he were in an accident, but to be a new customer and when someone finally does get back to you says, "you bought it as is, is awful". He kept great communication and never had me second guessing my decisions. This made me feel good about purchasing a car from here. Terrible experience. Was looking for a car at Peruzzi in Fairless Hills for my boyfriend. Couldn't find any parking spots, it's very tight. Anyway, we sit down, I already know what car I want to see, from a true car online ad, it was in the 16k range.. used. Jimi starts with 50 personal questions about his income, where he works, does he have pay stubs... wo wo can we see if we like the car first? It was uncomfortable. He says, well, we do this first because if you like a car, we already know the numbers so we can know if you can afford it or not. Oh ok makes sense I guess, but I tell him straight up we don't want anything much more than 16k, and used is fine. He says well it might be better for you to get a new one and cost about the same... we go for a test run, the outlander sport was ok not bad.. he drives us to his Mazda dealer next door.. we did like two cars but I don't know why he keeps saying they are gonna work with us cause I know they are not gonna turn a new 28k suv into a 16k... ridiculous! Anyway long story short you guys totally wasted our time.. your bank blew the deal trying to charge my man 22% on the car you barely discounted for financing??!! We left. I even showed him the true car ad why didn't you just pull up the car info? You told him his credit was such a low number, we went to another dealer and his score was almost 10 points higher than you claimed! Anyway, bravo to me, I found a true car deal at another dealership and got that same car, nicer color, for 16k because the guys there were amazing. They didn't hound us for our credentials when we walked in the door at all! I was pleasantly impressed by that. They were respectful enough to let us see if we liked the car first, I was worried cause it was 22k but when I showed them the ad they honored the true car price, and then when we told them our exact specifications and his needs for a low car payment, they delivered and were capable of getting us a lower rate providing everything we needed to the T. We are thrilled with his new car, It's a standard used car but it's a 2018, with 8,000 miles so congrats to me, for finding my man a wonderful outlander, I should get paid to buy cars LOL! My advice to you, if you are gonna take 40 minutes to run all the credentials and you already know what the client will be able to comfortably afford, Don't waste our time looking at new cars and test driving cars at your other dealships... only to tell us later two hours later you're gonna tack on 22% financing!!!! Very disappointed with Peruzzi Mitsubishi dealership. Not sure if they changed management but I brought a Mitsubishi about 6 years ago and had a great experience. However this time not so much. Michael is one the worst salesman I encountered. Not reliable, not helpful and does not communicate. I did everything online against my better judgment for the first time due to the pandemic. I have my Suv less than a year and I've been experiencing so many issues. First of this car was not the original one I wanted. They told me it was for someone else. Payments was not what I agreed on. Three months in battery died. 4 months in radio stoped working. 6 months in humming sound from my engine. 10 months my engine power keeps reducing. VERY DISAPPOINTED-THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE HAVING REPAIRS OR EVEN PURCHASE A VEHILE FROM Peruzzi. READ TO SEE WHAT IT COST ME. I am a senior and many seniors live on limited income I took my car to Peruzzi for two recalls, oil change , tire rotation and inspection , during inspection they found a license plate lamp out and a brake light lens cover broken and said to inspect they would need to be repaired, Peruzzi pricing cost for lamp $36.00 and cost for lens cover $300.00, I did not have the funds for this & advised to please proceed with all other repairs & oil change & tire rotation, picked my car up later that day. I purchased the license plate lamp on Amazon , came in a package of two lamps for $4.49 & took me five minutes to change both lamps , I also purchased on Amazon a 3M Taillight lens repair film for $8.50 & that took 5 minutes to put on & returned to Peruzzi & had reinspection performed & passed. Peruzzi was disappointed that I did not spend over $300.00 for the repairs, sorry I am a senior and must watch my money. A couple days later I noticed my front left tire was almost flat, so took it to garage to have repaired & they said they could not repair it as the side wall was where the leak was & must buy a new tire for $137.00, discovered that the tire had a very small drill bit in the side wall, so small creates a slow leak, again this was not on the tread part that touches the road, it was on the side of the tire, so this was done purposely, I am not saying anyone at Peruzzi did this. I just know in those few days I was at home where I have a garage and not at any location where someone would have had a drill to drill into my sidewall and break drill bit off. Originally had a bad experience with a part from here. The service manager Bill reached out to me and explained the miscommunication of why he did not contact me originally. He offered to do my state inspection with a credit from the part I had an issue with. I took my car in yesterday and was not disappointed. The service advisor Andy was very nice and explained the inspection to me I didn't feel rushed as he answered all the questions I had. Although Peruzzi is supposedly set-up for electric cars like the Mitsubishi MiEV, they seem to have no experience with it. They start out asking about oil changes (for an all electric vehicle), then they sell 4 new tires for a car with only 17,000 miles (I knew the front 2 tires had some wear and tear and not ready for the colder weather). And after the service, we didn't get a report on the state of the battery that we got from a previous, wonderful Mitsubishi dealer in GA. During the replacement of the tires, they estimated 90 minutes, so I went away for 3 1/2 hours and asked for them to charge the car after they were done. I don't know if they waited until the last minute to start or whatever, but the car was just done after the 3 1/2 hours and the car when I got in was at a 6 mile range, so I couldn't even drive it home. They needed to drive the car after installing the tires and check alignment, which is normal, but the heat was on high, AC on and fan on full -- not a great combo for saving any battery range. So I'm back here waiting another hour to have enough range to get home and probably never come back. read more

No stars. One year ago, I needed a car. I had the money, so I went looking. Was looking for something reliable to drive for work. This place had some pre-owned that looked decent. Went there. Never saw a single pre-owned vehicle. I was funnelled directly to the new vehicles. 'We've got deals!' they said. "These must move!" they said. "New vehicles are hard to find. These won't last..." They went and made it so that buying one of these new vehicles was much better than buying used. Inflation and scarcity had driven the cost of used vehicles very high by that time. I bought the new one. No mention that there may be issues with this model. I'm thinking, it's new. If there's issues, they have to fix it. Right? Yeah, right. A week later, it sounds like my new vehicle is going to explode. I call the salesperson. She asks, without hesitation, "look underneath, is there anything cut under there?" She knew someone stole the catalytic convertor. Knew it right away. How? When i speak with the service department, they say, "yeah, we get one or two of these back every day. There's a huge list of people waiting for the part. It's going to be here for a few months." They knew it was only a matter if time before this happened. By pushing it onto an unsuspecting buyer, they inloaded it before it became an unsellable vehicle taking up space waiting for a part. Instead, i have to continue to pay for a vehicle that I can't drive. One year later I'm 15k out of pocket for a vehicle I've driven for less than three months. It's waiting for it's 4th catalytic convertor now. They told me they hope to have it back to me "before February." It's October. Remember that I needed a vehicle a year ago? Yeah. Still do. Only I can't buy another one because I'm still paying for this one. This place is full of scumbags. Liars, cheats and thieves. "I didn't steal your catalytic convertor," the manager says. Right. But you stole my money by selling me something that you knew had a target in it's back. You knew this issue existed and you failed to exercise a basic duty of care for a customer. You could've said, "no garage? Then this one's not for you." Instead, you tell me that you're "sorry about my tough luck." Scumbags, these people. Simply disgusting. read more

It is completely rusted underneath the back wheel is sitting on a 45 degree angle there is a lug nut missing from each tire and a host of other problems. Now granted it is an older car but this isn't some little rinky dink buy here pay here place I'm thinking this is Peruzzi established and reputable so I'm good. Purchased my second car from Peruzzi about a month ago, and, as mentioned, I'm a repeat customer. The dealers were all very pleasant to work with, let me test drive anything I wanted, and were patient in my decision and negotiations. My first purchase, a used car, came with a car fax and great service - the dealer ensured that any concern I had about the car was fixed and tested before I stepped foot off of their lot. My newest purchase, a new car, came with the same service. Considering the area has about a million car dealers with reputable names, I definitely had my choice of the litter, and none came close to the attentiveness of Peruzzi as far as customer service is concerned. New or used, they seem to value your business and treat you fairly, whether you're buying a $5500 used car or a $30000 new car. I'd also like to add that they have a large used selection, and are happy to provide you with a test drive and a Carfax at a moments' notice. I am giving 4 stars because, while their selection is plentiful, they could learn a bit more on the used cars they are selling. While I don't think it pertinent to know what the gear ratios are for a 2009 Subaru WRX (not a Peruzzi Brand), I do feel t necessary to know a bit more regarding engine type, engine size, gas mileage, HP, etcetera, though I'm a bit of a petrol head, so it might just be me. read more

I bought a bmw x3 from these jokers. They told me it was completely serviced when I was buying it. I took it to a bmw mechanic after I bought it. He checked the oil. By the look of the oil filter (which was collapsed and the wrong filter) the oil wasn't changed for 20k miles. On top of that, the back rims (which are slightly bigger than the front per factory specs) were reversed- the front were on the back and the back were on the front. This caused a rim to bend. Finally, when I bought it they said the navigation cd went in the front cd player and it wasn't working just because the cd was scratched. I got a new cd....turns out that the navigation cd actually goes in a disc player in the back and just didn't work. In sum, they didn't know a think about what they were selling me. I wouldn't buy a lemonade from these guys, let alone another vehicle. read more

My experience started off very positively. The sales staff was all I could hope for and they put me in a vehicle better than I was expecting at a reasonable price. It was when a problem arose that the real Peruzzi showed it's face. I got a registration renewal in the mail for the car I had traded in! I called and spoke to the "manager" Terry, who indicated that it wasn't them! No way! So I had to call Harrisburg, I am sure you all know what a nightmare that can be, to find out what happened. Well, of course, it WAS the dealers fault as they wrote the wrong tag number on the paperwork they had filed. After this it then was 2 more weeks before I am contacted again by Terry, who asks ME what's going on! When I advise him that I have no new owner's card he tells me he will call me back. When he does I am informed that I now have to make a trip to their facility to sign another temporary registration form. I told him I don't have time for that just send it to me. No, that can't be done, I must go. At this point they owed it to me to send someone to my job with the paperwork to sign. I have NEVER seen such horrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE. This place doesn't deserve a single star. But I had to give them one so that I could write a review. . . . More crap from Peruzzi. After my vehicle was rear-ended and ultimately totaled, I have had to go through the process of making a claim on my GAP insurance. This requires me to contact the dealership and request that they cancel and refund any existing warranties on the vehicle that are still valid. I called Peruzzi Mitsubishi to set up a time I could meet with someone and was transferred to the manager John Little. Before I could finish telling him my reason for calling, he interrupted me and said "Call the GAP company this is not our issue". How such an arrogant, rude, and inhospitable person was put in a management position is beyond me. When I asked him why he was being so rude - he sat silent on the other end of the phone. When I asked him who he reports to he said "no one". When I told him "I'm not stupid - you work for an AUTO GROUP, and your last name is not Peruzzi, Who in the auto group do you report to?" His response was again "ummm no one, I don't report to anyone" This "business" is a childish excuse for a car dealership. They have no commitment to their product or their customers. They hire individuals who lack common courtesy to sell cars and work "deals". The issue is unresolved. I have left messages with various people at Peruzzi. I would not recommend this dealership. I called the dealership 12/30/2015 after I noticed that their inventory had vehicles priced lower than I've seen at other dealerships. We were looking into a 2016 Outlander SE and our must-haves were AWD and a back-up camera. I was transferred to DAVID GUZMAN (sales representative). I told him what our needs were, the specific vehicle I saw online and also let him know that I am not interested in coming in unless they can provide me with a good deal. I can tell from my conversation with David that he must be fairly new at the job, he was unable to answer some basic questions and even stumbled to answer the names of the different models and what they offered. Nevertheless, I arrived at our appt- he took down my information and we went for a test drive of the car that he claimed I saw online. We sat down to work out a deal- he took my information to run my credit and came back with an estimated monthly payment sheet, which he claimed was based on my credit. After seeing how high my interest was and knowing that I have excellent credit, I asked to see my credit score. He walked back to the "finance dept" and returned to inform me that it was a mistake and they haven't ran my credit yet. Long story short, my APR did come down, however they were not willing to come down to the monthly payment we wanted. They also offered us $100 for our trade-in and basically, insulted us by saying the car is in horrible condition!!!!!!!!! John Little, the manager, came to the table and tried to convince us into a lease, but we had to decline. As we were packing up to leave, he said "How about going down to the ES model with AWD, if I can get a back-up camera installed in it?" That did interest us, but now we know that the back-up camera is just something they install into my rear-view mirror. He said he'll call us back to let us know if he can do it. As we walked out, I asked David Guzman to show us the ES model. We went outside and looked at the vehicle. I noticed John Little running outside looking for David Guzman , " Where's David?" He brings out our paperwork and he said to us "He priced you guys for the wrong car- this isn't AWD!" No one apologized to us for their mistake. We left under the impression that they will look into the ES model with AWD and the additionally installed back-up camera. No one ever called us. My husband called David back and left a message-never got a call back. The second time we called, David answered and was completely rude to my husband. After David's rude remarks, we switched dealerships to CHERRY HILL Mitsubishi. They offered us $1800 for our trade-in and gave us the higher model- 2016 Outlander SE- AWD with the back-up camera for a lower monthly payment than front wheel drive SE that Peruzzi was offering. I would like to commend Peruzzi Mitsubishi for such great service! My son purchased a brand new car from them in October 2017. They salesman was wonderful and Dan Dudley did everything to get him in the best priced car and financing that would work for him for it being his first car. Fast forward to this week.... my son got in a accident and totaled the vehicle. Dan again worked his magic and got him approved again with another loan before the insurance was able to finalize everything on their end. He ordered the same car for my son since he absolutely loved that car and drove 4 hours to go pick the car up- brought it back had it inspected and gassed up and ready to go and even dropped it off to his work for him that evening and returned his rental car for him! Peruzzi Mitsubishi is horrible. Their service advisors are personnel that don't cut it at their better locations (i.e. Nissan or GM) so they get shipped to the graveyard that is Peruzzi Mitsubishi. They don't know a thing about cars and they're extremely rude to customers...they THRIVE on getting under people's skin. From a technician standpoint, it has recently come to attention that they don't have any certified technicians, which is why their dealership cannot sell the electric vehicles. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, All you have to do is search their sales lot for a electric vehicle and I guarantee you won't find one....ya know why? Because nobody is certified to work on them! And another thing! Have a check engine light? Good luck! They can't even figure out how to scan the code out of the car! Yay! Mitsubishi Service issue: All the time they try to overcharge or do unneeded services. Last year changing inspection stickers that scratched my windshield, it took almost 3 month to get it fixed, they said that I will have car wash for inconvenience, however they never did (it was broken all the time). Last time I was there They tried to perform oil change and windshield wipers change as they are bad and I will not pass emission test, however after I stated that I did both services 2 month ago, they get back saying that there was mud on wipers and they are good. They state they did wheel alignment, but I went to Pep Boys and they checked and said that nothing was done. After I reached manager all the time he was saying just: we did it, there was a mechanic mistake and "what answer do you want to hear from me?". Also the last three visits they were pointing to wheel alignment that is needed, however the thing they were pointing me to IS NOT FIXABLE as manager said and said that no one told me that I need it first 2 times. Bunch of scammers!! Also their parts department sold me front and rear breaks for 69.99 each, when my friend called them the same date they said that they have promotional for 2 month and they were 59.99. Why would they overcharge me as their client? When I went for refund they wanted to return difference only on front breaks and only I lost my temper a little they were willing to return the difference on rear breaks also, like they were doing me a favor. Kept persisting in getting my information for no reason. When I asked why Isn't the vehicle there the manager informed me that they like to have all financing I place before they bring a car over. This company is not for the little people. they talk about building credit and helping people in financial situations: and they appear to be very nice and saying all the right things. once you sign the papers. they are different, their attitudes change half of the things you were told were not true, especially about. get every little thing in writing . do not trust them. and get a used car checked out by and outside mechanic before you sign the paperwork. they are known to sell lemons. and their mechanics keeps you coming back and never finds the problem. i would not shop here read more

I purchased a use 2005 Honda Accord coupe several years ago. I probably should have checked the carfax but I assumed I didn't have to since I was dealing with a supposedly "reputable" company. Bad idea. The car had been in an accident and although they did a fine job of making it look new, I ended up having problems with the car for years afterwards, including issues with the brakes in the rain. This company is very untrustworthy, absolutely do not go here if you have a choice. And if you do not have a choice, make sure you have a carfax. read more
