I'm a nursing student who needed a car very badly, so I bought it, my bad. But they scammed me. For so much more than it was worth. Just dropped my first thousand on a repair because I have no choice. Do not buy a car from these people or from Adam. It needs extensive extensive work. I felt ripped off when I left but I had no choice. Turns out it was 1000x worse than I thought. Edit: They replied to me on google and lied about what I paid. You can go read the whole reply, yes I had a mechanic look at it for a free 10 minute consult where he could not put the car in the air, and yes I crashed out on the guy who sold me the car. Anyway, proof is posted on there that they lied about me paying $4,000 in their reply, when I paid $5,700.

We saw a used 2022 Subaru Impreza on the Reedman Toll that was exactly what we wanted. We filled out the online contact form. They called us immediately so we scheduled an appointment to see the car. We got a text from Dylan in sales and confirmed the car was on the lot. When we got there to see the car, no one could find it. We drove arpound the lot with Dylan for 20 minutes looking for it to no avail. Two other people were driving around looking for the car but no one could find it. We found out later that the dealership's owner, a guy named Bill, had lent the car to his mother but did not bother to tell anyone. He did not check to see if anyone was coming in to see that car. He just handed the keys to his mother without thinking at all about customers or his sales staff. Thanks to Bill, my wife and I wasted an hour of our time. Dylan lost a sale. We chose to go to Reedman because it is a Subaru dealership located about 10 minutes from our home. Instead of buying the care there, we drove 30 minutes to Glanzmann Subaru in Hatboro and bought a similar Impreza there the same day. Glanzmann provided a totally pleasant and easy experience. It's too bad Reedman's owner cares about no one but himself.

After debating whether or not to apply I finally just did it. After I got approved i was excited so I made an appointment and went to B&B. Here is the bs, The car I inquired about was app not ready. like what?? how do you advertise a vehicle your not going to sell?? that's just crazy to me. after a list of cars and a few test drives I made my decision. put payment on car and was happy to at least have a nice looking car. but that's just it, it looks nice! not even 2 hours after leaving the location I'm having car issues. contacted them and made appointment to get it serviced. smh after a week of trying to get a response from them on a day I bring it back and they supposedly fixed the issues. wrong. I drive off again and after 25min or so the same issues where still there! so again same thing calling and calling and texting etc. to make a time to get it looked at again. has not even been 3 mo. and all these issues. I can go on an on lol but I said a lot but not enough. this business is definitely ‍ no go for all. they will pull strings to get you approved because they know the card they have are straight horrible and they just want that commission after they get you they forget you. Joe immediately put me at ease with his genuine, friendly mannerisms. I didn't feel like I was being hustled, rushed or, being female, condecended to when discussing repairs. There was an immediate issue with my muffler not being secured properly, which Ed repaired quickly. These folks are honest, true and fair. I was not charged for the free estimate, and shockingly, not for the fix to secure my muffler! Joe was also on the phone for a bit researching the parts and the best price for a future repair that will be needed - my car is a 2003. Thank you so much for your efforts Joe!     I have been coming here for over 20 years. The last few visits have completely ruined any goodwill…read morefrom those 20 years. I took my SUV in for an inspection and oil change. There were absolutely no issues with the vehicle--at best, I expected needing brakes and/or tires. To my shock, the WHOLE front suspension needed replacing. As well as the battery and battery terminals (which they claimed were leaking). Odd that I never saw any battery leakage or felt problems in the suspension. $2000 later, I had my vehicle back. Now, there is a knocking sound when I go over small bumps. Interesting that they just fixed that and that is the sound I hear. I returned to the service center, and they say the knock is coming from my transmission--and they "claim" the dipstick was removed/missing. Then asked me if I took it out? Meineke is the ONLY place I have taken my vehicle since owning it. WHY would I even look at my transmission fluid? It is way under the vehicle. I would need a lift to access it. They claimed they did not remove it, then charged me $150 to refill it. I get the vehicle back and THERE IS STILL A KNOCK in the suspension. I return yet again, and now it needs another $1000 in repairs to the suspension. They are CLEARLY damaging vehicles and charging customers for the repairs. I am pending a return call from their corporate office regarding these matters. EDIT: They changed the repair cost from $1000 to $600; but still admit no fault in the damage.
