They fix all makes and models but they are especially good at Japanese brands like Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Lexus, etc. Their prices are hard to beat. For major service like timing belt/water pump, they are half off all the major chain repair shops and they do an awesome job too. You can even buy the part yourself and just pay labor to have them install which I've done on several occasions. But most of all, they know their stuff and are honest as to what the real problem is. For example, when I got an inspection one time, I asked why my car was driving rough and engine was loud. They recommended me to change the spark plugs, which I can do myself. So I went to an auto parts store and bought the recommended brand and installed. Everything was fine after that. Also, when I had an AC problem, they checked freon levels, compressor etc. But finally ruled it was electrical and needed a new relay. I could just go to the dealer and get one, plug-in and that's it. I took their suggestion and AC was ice cold. It's service like this that keeps me coming back!

My wife's Honda CRV's a/c died pretty hard. My wife loves her CRV so we replaced it all just as they suggested. Every hose, fitting, pump, inside and under dash was replaced. I call the district manager "Rene" he is extremely rude and tells me I can warranty them out at the other store or go buy else where which I know is incorrect as I've been in the parts industry for 5+ years. Also tells me there is no regional manager and I can call the 800 number if I want. Terrible customer service, terrible parts. Will never buy from any advanced again. Rene is a terrible district manager and not there to help the customer at all.
