Poor customer service. My father came here a couple of months ago for a battery check. The young man "assisting" him was not helpful at all. He told my father the battery could not be changed out due to issues with the screws. And that the battery was out of warranty. He went to another auto zone nearby where the young woman checked the battery and told us all the diagnostics that were found. The battery was still under warranty and was changed out. Definitely not returning to this location. Would appreciate the same customer service training for all your locations. This auto zone was conveniently located just where I needed it. And lucky for me, a super helpful and friendly man name Darlington was working. He verified my batter was bad and my air filter was a model for what it should NOT look like! He quickly jumped to help and installed a new battery and 2 filters that were needed. I went there to see if they could remove the bolt around my battery terminal that they put on when THEY change my battery 2years ago before I had to resort to a more expensive option like getting a terminal replaced and they couldn't take it off. THEY were the ones that put it on! I appreciate Analisa for trying to remove it but the rest of the staff there really didn't want to help. Even customers came to try and help out, not even staff. My wife has an older model WV Beetle and finding parts and service for it can be a challenge. A simple repair is often complicated by the ingenious German engineering. Want to replace a water pump? Yep. Have to move the transmission out of the way first. Heather, at this AutoZone, helped us find the very obscure but correct coolant for the engine. You'd think adding coolant is something a non-auto mechanic person should be able to do . . . right? Well, you can if you have the right fluid. Heather double checked, then called her "Ask an Expert" help line to find find exactly what we needed. She was very dogged in her assistance to us. Terrific service! read more

I came in to have my battery tested they looked like they did not want to test it finally Marco put the testing machine on my vehicle he told me it was alternator and after I told him he was not connecting correctly he said it was the battery I told him I was interested in buying a battery I was going to buy the battery and the old white guy that was helping me said ' I have to see if we are allowed to change it' goes outside and stares under the hood in confusion and said he can't do it lol he said that he needs to remove my fuse box? then I told him if I could speak to someone higher up than him he told me because of a plastic covering they couldn't do it I normally do buisness with this specific store but I will never be returning to this place as long as those guys are still there. very lazy and rude, I believe that you should at least be able to change a battery in order to work at autozone read more

I called the store to see if they could install my battery. At first the guy said "yeah if I don't have a line, also we can't go in your car cuz of the virus." Okay, I get that safety is first. My issue is that he told me that they'd have to go through my car on the passenger's side to get to the battery which is completely inaccurate. There's videos on YouTube, and honestly that just sounds really off, especially since I could clearly see that my battery is under the hood on the driver's side. I got off the phone with the guy. I'm not sure if he told me that because he didn't want to help me today or because he knew I was a female and just wanted to say anything to get off the phone. Probably both. read more

Best AutoZone EVER. Not only did they have the wiper I needed. They even helped me install it because obviously if I tried to do that myself I would only end up damaging something else. This location is much larger than the one on Arapaho. It is a little out of the way for me but I would come here because the service is good and they are full of useful tips! read more

Went in there because I had a brake light out I thought they could help me and because they had to put a few prongs out they wouldn't help me. just handed me back the brake lights and said sorry and walked inside just left me standing out there. Manager is rude and disrespectful with no manners. I was being helped by one of his employees and he was answering my questions. It was great, the guy explained to me about their policy and why they can't work on foreign cars because luxury cars is too complicated and also once I plug it and it doesn't work, I would not be able to return it. Plain and simple!. But pisses me off when the damn manager decided to cut in the middle of the conversation while he was waiting on another customer. Unprofessional and rudely replied to the conversation that wasn't his to begin with. He kept on saying "nope, nope, nope, nope" across the other side like a mile away. Auto parts need to have a better training for managers. His younger employee did a better job than that older gentleman that's a manager. What a shame!!! read more
