Has to be for the plot, because as soon as you start to find joy in this hellish life a cloud of inconveniences finds you. Man stressed wasn't even the word(s) - TRUST lol. Well today my boyfriend & I finally had time to swing by AutoZone to see if I could troubleshoot the issue before paying beaucoup $$$$ at a dealership to fix everything BUT the problem. When we first arrived we were thinking Freon was the issue, so tried to look around at options for pricing. There was an Associate Arsalaan who saw my boyfriend browsing the area so starting pitching on what to buy. My boyfriend tried to tell him we were just looking, not certain that Freon was what we needed & asked him for some help. However Arsalaan wasn't the least bit helpful, trying to say there's nothing he could do other than for us to buy a gauge & basically figure out if that's the issue or not. God must've felt how upset & discouraged I got in that moment because as soon as I started to walk towards the exit the Parts Sales Manager Daniel V. walked in. He was my literal Earth Angel today, cause I'm just a girl ya'll idk what I'm doing & my boyfriend (though great at a lot of things) is not a mechanic. I can't thank Daniel V. enough for how he showed up for me today & what he's taught me, not just about cars but about character. He is an EXCEPTIONAL person w/a great spirit. It's just a bonus that he happens to be a subject matter expert on cars & overall good conversationalist. Shout out to him. May he be blessed all the days of his life.

So the counter guy yelled for the lady out back I guess to come up and help him, which she didn't do even after being called three times. As he turned to go get my brake pads from the shelves, he just went to check out the guy who came in after me and left me standing there waiting. Now I wouldn't mind really if it was just a couple of things but he had a lot to check out. My advice, don't go somewhere where the service is absolutely dismal. I went to O'Reilly's and they got me on my way in minutes, and the prices were the same!
