Randy O was amazing and hilarious! He definitely deserve some type of raise or something, was very quick at getting what I needed too.

I went in on 9.26.23 to return window wipers I purchased, and while I was waiting in line, the guy at the register was speaking to a couple of younger guys buying a fan. While they were talking another employee came in to start his shift, and the guy at the register said he had a few things for him to do and the employee that just walked in said a very explicit phrase "F me in the A" to which I found was very unprofessional. The two customers and the guy at the register continued to laugh and engage in a conversation starting by the guy that walked in. All I wanted to do was return my wiper blades as I had gotten the wrong fitting, and that was not what I was wanting to hear on my lunch break. I hope that we are able to either train on professionalism in the work place or find employees who have higher moral standards. I will be going to a different AutoZone in the future. Wow just wow. Came here for some brake lights and a set of wire brushes. First off the "parts manager" was way cold. After he found the right number he sent me to the isle to look for the correct bulb while he sat behind the counter and watched me. Then asked for a wire brush and he proceeded to map out exactly where it was for about a minute. Finally I walked over and found it. It literally took me 5-10 seconds to get it. He could have showed me both of these items and saved me tons of time instead of just sitting there. After checking out I said "have a nice night". He was once again very cold. Went here to get a battery warranty exchange. The rep tested my battery and said it was still good at 84%. Explained to him that my car has been having problems in the last few days starting. He wouldn't honor the warranty replacement because his machine said my battery was still good. I told him i just got an oil change at jiffy lube and their battery tester said my battery was low hence the also reason i wanted to do an exchange. He badmouths jiffy lube and starts telling me that it could be my starter that is bad. He tells me that my connection could be lose. Bottom line is that he refuses to do a battery warranty. If a customer is telling you that their battery is getting weak and also tells you that he had it also checked somewhere ...JUST DO THE RIGHT THING and honor the warranty. I went to another AutoZone location this time in Riverton. Got my battery tested and the rep there said...yup you got a bad battery. He got it exchanged for me on the spot. This rep at this Herriman store really made me feel like a nobody. I'm trying to explaining to him my problem but he just refuses to listen. He obviously trusted more his machine than the customer. Not going back to this location in the near future. read more
