More than an hour wait for a quick battery change =\ ) I also didn't know that you can make an appointment ahead of time. Good to know for next time. I walked in anyway anticipating a long wait for a quick battery change. Got there mid morning and to my surprise, it wasn't busy at all and had my battery changed within 20 minutes. The gentlemen that helped me was very nice, helpful and very efficient. I'm so thankful that it was a quick visit.

Also, my truck is 7 years old and so is the compustar module. They put in a a lot of time getting it set right. Replaced the temperature sensor, reprogrammed it. It was a real struggle but they (I forgot to ask the guy's name, but he was the owner, pretty sure.) In the end I upgraded to a better model with two way communication but I didn't have to and I never felt pressured to do so. Also, I was a walk in and they worked on it right away! YMMV on that part, cuz I'm sure they're busy. I highly recommend car concepts and they'll absolutely get any window tinting, security or audio upgrade business I have in the future.

The Propane tank that was full when it went in was empty. and the Phone antenna was left off of the roof where they took the cap off. So we were up at Flaming Gorge with no water pump and no propane. I had to drive 100 miles to get a pump to replace it and We could not get propane without taking the motor home that far also which we didn't do. luckily we had our Trager Ranger with us. This was very frustrating after a $15000.00 repair. They were nice when it was being done but it took forever and only to find out that they had done these issues that caused me a lot of grief.

More often than not they are telling me my air cabin filter is totally fine, and will be good for a while before needing replacement. Because they are honest, when they DO tell me I need something, I believe them, and usually purchase the part or service. They have gained my trust. Because of their transparency in upselling, I come here for so much more than just oil changes now. I get my tags renewed and my inspections done here, I get new windshield wipers, headlight restorations, and any timely or overdue maintenance, which they kindly print out a list of manufacturer recommendations, and highlight the ones I'm overdue for. I will come here for as long as I live in the Jordan area.

Cause it was close to my house. The salesman was courteous and helpful. It all stated I woke up to go to work. Noticed my driver side tie was flat. On the opposite side was the spare tire. Had been driving on the spare for 2 weeks. So initially I could not go to work. As stated previously, I had called around eventually contacted this particular Discount Tire. So ran the passenger side tire to replace it so I could bring the car back to get the rest of the tires. So they was slated to close up at 1 pm. It was 12 pm. Bought tires at a reasonable price! I might add. Raced home with one tire put it on. Race back thinking they would have closed up shop as I left at 12:35 pm or so. Raced back with staff waiting for me to arrive.
