I recently had my windshield replaced with these guys. I certainly would not call them the most professional auto glass repair company I have dealt with. There were two guys that came, one of which seemed to have very little knowledge of auto glass and at one point was attempting to kick out my old windshield to remove it. There seemed to be a lot of bantering between the two gentleman as to how to properly remove and install the windshield. Overall the install, to my novice eyes, looks like it was done properly. We will see if it leaks. I have a full length rearview mirror that needed to be removed for the windshield install, I removed this for them and set the parts on my gear shift so I could reinstall it when they were done. They finished up and I went to reinstall my rearview mirror only to discover that they had vacuumed up the nuts needed to do so. I called the installer to ask if you could look for them , he obliged and told me there was nothing there. I keep a very tidy car and there is no other place they could have gone. Anyway, after realizing that trying to reclaim the parts they had vacuumed was a lost cause, I ended up having to go to ace to buy the lost parts. If they had done their job properly and paid attention I wouldn't have needed to buy them. I had to pay for their incompetence essentially. My overall verdict is; they seem to do the work okay the glass seems of good quality but the professionalism and customer service is lacking. They should also pay attention to who they hire and the way they speak around clients as well as what customer belongings they are sucking up. The next windshield I buy will certainly be with a more professional company. read more

This company is awesome. I was in a pinch to get some auto glass done prior to a trip. I shopped around and these guys quoted a fair price - but they were the only company who could do it within my specific time frame. They bent over backwards to get it done. I mistakenly gave them some bad information on my vehcile and they brought the wrong glass out - which was my fault. While they were here at my home I also had them order glass for a 2nd vehicle. They returned later in the day with right glass for the first and did the 2nd vehcile. They could have easily hit me for additional fees for the trip - but they didn't. I rec'd a call from the manager Amy who assured me they could get it all done and for the same price. Great customer service, the tech was quick and courteous. These guys are awesome - no more of the other guys. I found a real winner here - give them a shot! read more

I would just like to say thanks to a group of professional, honest and competent installers! From start to finish - my experience with Diamond Glass has been nothing but spectacular! I was able to arrange for replacement of a windshield very easily via the online chat feature of diamondglass.com Jackie gathered all the necessary information, booked the appointment and I was able to have piece of mind that a vehicle out of state would be repaired. (I live in Wyoming - the car is in Utah) Once the appointment took place, installers were quick to point out several mistakes that were performed on the defective windshield from a prior installation. The guy that replaced my windshield (in 30 min) even came up and said that he hoped he got it replaced fast enough for me as if I wasn't the one that was extremely late to begin with. Due to the terrible Utah construction I cracked my windshield three times within one month. It was months until I finally found the time to take it in and get it fixed. These guys are great have had three windshields done by them have always been finished on time or under . The last one had only been done about six months when it met another rock Phillip the manager their took care of it at about half price because it was under a year .
