Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty... This has been my experience and mine alone....Good luck!!!!

Beware! Allow our cautionary tale to persuade you to shop…read moresomewhere else. We knew which Honda vehicle we wanted and had already done our homework before we went to Music City Honda. The sales person and manager assured us that they would be able to get the car we wanted(which was located at another dealership) and all they had to do was swap it for another similar one on their lot. We sat through 3+ hours worth of paperwork, put a thousand dollar good faith payment down(which they immediately processed) and then they shook our hands congratulating us on our new Honda! We assumed that the deal was secure? They said they would be in touch soon to set up the date for us to come pick up our new Honda. Every day we reached out to get an update or eta of when we could pick it up. Every day they didn't have an update. On the fifth day the manager finally reaches out with a phone call, saying oops, the other dealership sold it out from under them. Oh well! He was flippant and unapologetic on the phone. He also said that there were no other vehicles that fit the description of what we wanted located in Tennessee. I got off the phone immediately googled what I wanted and lo and behold found the exact vehicle located in Knoxville, TN at Rusty Wallace Honda. Long story short we cancelled our deal with Music City Honda, drove over 2.5 hours to Rusty Wallace the next day and that evening we had our new car. The associates and managers with Rusty Wallace were professional, helpful, communicative and very apologetic for the process that we had to go through(which is a lot more than I can say for Music City Honda) Beware when looking for your new or used Honda and shop around!We absolutely DO NOT recommend Music City Honda.
