Once I tried to install I realized the plugs were not the correct size. I took the plugs back for a refund and was accused of lying, and told that they were the right ones. I told the lady working that they were definitely not right. They were a different length and didn't even require the same size plug socket. The lady was beyond rude, cussed me out, and then after arguing with her she only agreed to write me a check. I just left so haven't got to cash it yet, but can only hope it will go through. I've heard good things about the man who owns Wades, but I will never go there again due to how I was treated.

Not believing the story I dug deeper and spoke to a mechanic there, (Seth Kinser) informed me there was an open TSB from Ford and got it fixed under factory warranty the next morning. Highly recommend working with Seth Kinser very professional, friendly and efficient. Had I not dug deeper and listened to Boone, we wouldn't have been informed about the open TSB and would've been stuck paying the dealer over $1,000 for new brakes. Thanks again Seth Kinser.

We have a 30 day warranty for 50% off for issues and guess what, today is 4/13/26 and both Savannah and George have not replied at all with our issues/concerns. Avoiding so the 30 days run out is not customer service. If I'm wrong then why not reply to the engine/transmission issues when we just purchased this vehicle and immediately having car issues.
