Those times when I have taken my car there, I have received nothing but the best car care. I have always found the staff there to be congenial and very kind. In seeing the negative reviews left for them, I am appalled. Of course, I know there are many people who will complain about any and every thing and cannot be pleased, no matter what. "Most people are as happy as they make up their minds to be." (Abraham Lincoln). Some people have just never made up their minds to be happy, and they won't ever. Raleigh Tire has been a successful business for at least half a century. This could not be possible without offering quality work and quality service. I could barely hear the guy I was talking to because he had me on speakerphone and there was so much noise, and he ignored me for a couple minutes while he had a conversation with another employee. But he never apologized or gave me a reason for taking so long, he just said the order would be ready in 10 minutes. I don't know who's managing the Auto Zone on Covington Pike, but he sucks at his job.
