10/10 amazing customer service from their team. My car had broken down on the side of the freeway on a 110F heat. My boyfriend and I called AAA and got it towed to the nearest autozone. We arrived just 15 minutes before they closed, told them about our car situation. They happily switched our alternator with our warranty and even called a local auto repair guy who helped us. Biggest thank you to Jerry, Sashi, and Sami for helping us on this very difficult day. You guys are amazing and heaven sent. I cannot thank you guys enough. Boat battery died and couldn't lift the hatch (hydraulic) to get to the batteries and replace them. Of course this happens on the day we wanted to take the boat out. Went to Auto Zone and the rep, Isaiah, helped us with purchasing a battery charger. Charged it all night and nothing. Went back and returned the charger and then purchased a quick start charger and viola, the battery charged and I was able to lift the hatch and replace both batteries. I want to thank Isaiah for being kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He never tried to sell us anything we didn't need and honestly helped us get done what was needed. It is hard to find good people, so I hope that the Management team recognizes him for an outstanding job, hence the reason why I am writing a Yelp review Thank you again, Isaiah, and whenever we need anything auto/boat related I will definitely come to your business. read more

I know I have to put a rating, but in reality it is a fat ZERO. AutoZone address is 1008 E Broadway St, Needles, CA 92363. I went to AutoZone to get my warranty for my gear box that I purchased in October of 2019 in a different city. It is for a 1989 Chevy C3500 my daily driver. I walked in the store like usual and a tall white man first helped me. He couldn't find me in the system then he turned to Rose who is the manager. Rose was able to find other things other than the gear box I purchased and then she questioned me where I purchased it. I told her I bought it in a different AutoZone in another city. It took her a while to find it until when she finally did she told me it shows in the system that the part was returned. By then I was very confused by what she read in the system because I explained to her how could have I returned it when it is currently on my truck. We were discussing it at first calmly about the issue. To mention she is 7 months pregnant which is not an excuse for her behavior but any way, out of the blue she raised her voice at me and in front of other customers. She thought I was being loud for what ever reason. I was not even talking to her. She thought I was being dishonest because she really thought the part was returned, but again I explained to her how it could have been a return when it is on my truck now. Also there is a number on it that they can identify that belongs to AutoZone. She didn't even want to check the part on my truck or any of the other employees as well. She did not allow me to talk to explain, she kept cutting me off and told me to shut up and be quiet that she would not let me get a word in edgewise. She threw me out basically and said she will call me. She told me she was not in a good mood today and she said she will not put up with my shit. Then the other two employees the one that helped me and a Hispanic guy got involved. The Hispanic employee physically got close to me in my face wanting me to leave. The corporate office can view on camera how close he got to me. I felt very uncomfortable, threatened and my space was violated. Which in fact I told him so and told him to back away. How funny does this sound he kept looking down at my shoes to tell me my shoelace is untied. I thought it may have been some sort of strategy to make me bend down to make it look like I was going to attack him or maybe it was an attempt for him to start something physical with me. There was a customer too that got involved and said he went to war and felt he had the rights to throw me out of the store. I was just talking to Rose the manager and everyone had to get involved. People threatening me to leave and saying they want to fight me. All I walked in for was to get my warranty for my gear box and ended up something else and totally unrelated to the matter at hand. What I learned how these employees are is that they are racist too because the white tall man that helped me first called me a beaner. Just because my skin is dark which is a suntan he automatically assumed that. It is ironic because a Hispanic person works there and he made such a derogatory statement in front of his coworker that he is probably training. Regardless of what happened I will continue to shop there because it is my right. They should not treat there customers that way especially to a customer like me who always shops there and spend money at AutoZone. They do not appreciate good paying customers and they don't know how to treat people with kindness and understanding. I am 58 years old and I don't remember a time when I was thrown out of anywhere especially from a place where I always go to and they know me. Well at least I thought they did. When you walk in that particular store you have to really analyze their face and check to see which side of their face you will talk to. Life is really like a box of chocolate because you will not know what you might get and that goes for the same for people the only difference is candy is sweeter and it does not talk back. I went to a different AutoZone to resolve my issue and someone I saw at the Needles AutoZone so happen to walk in the store today where I was that around seven. It was a shock as I was leaving he walked in and he remembered me from the AutoZone in Needles. First thing he asked me was "aren't you the guy the pregnant lady that works in AutoZone in Needles who cussed you out in front of everyone." I told him yes I am. He said it was crazy how they all treated you and how they got patriotic over something that had nothing to do with the situation just to get a part. All this for a part I paid for and not just any part the gear box costed me $900.00. I really hope this review will help others and hope they will hire people with better people skills and with education and better attitude. read more

We had an issue with our vehicle on our way to lake havasu, tony went above and beyond to not only locate the issue "cylinder misfire" but also help me to replace what was needed and get me back on the road. Our truck broke down in Needles Ca. we were able to get additional parts to repair the truck from the great staff at the Autozone. They also loaned us tools and cardboard to lay on to fix the truck in the parking lot. My husband was able to fix the truck but not without their help. So nice and helpful. Jenny V read more
