Very poor communication from my local Advance Auto Parts where I purchased this Schumacher Jump Starter. I purchased on advice of salesman who told me that if it didn't work that I could return the item. Not only didn't it work, I was in actual danger - a risky situation where I was in a busy City street in heavy traffic when the jump starter failed to work. I was forced to find some help and use old fashioned jumper cables, the exact situation I hoped to avoid when I was advised by Advance Auto Parts store clerk to buy this item. They gave me another in exchange, they refused to refund mt money. They said the policy is not to give money back on electronics items. The clerk said this was clearly posted. I asked him to show it to me, it was taped on a post near cash register at about 6ft high, the notice was not readable due to small typeface and was in no way revealed to me at the time of purchase. The receipt also said nothing about not being able to get a refund on electronics items. VERY POOR SERVICE. Despite having been. a good customer at this store, I will never shop at any Advance Auto Parts again. When a refund policy is not revealed and is not posted in a way to be noticeable when buying an item, they clearly don't care about their customers.

My dead Legend battery was at 27 months when It died and Napa refused to honor any probated warranty and told me he can sell me a new battery for 250.00 They will now honor their own warranty. DO NOT EVER USE NAPA because of their "Out the door" warranty. This is the second time I've had this issue with them. No more NAPA. You can buy better and less expensive parts online and have them delivered overnight. Boycott NAPA.

I called ahead and scheduled an oil change for 1:30 PM, and the call center confirmed the time. I arrived as scheduled, having planned my day around it -- only to be told the job would now take an hour and a half instead of the usual 20-30 minutes, with no explanation for the delay and no advance notice or offer to reschedule. If a fifteen-minute job suddenly takes ninety minutes, it tells me someone else was worked in ahead of me, and my scheduled time simply wasn't respected. When I called customer service afterward to raise the issue, I spoke with a representative -- Laurie or Donna, I believe -- who seemed eager to get off the phone and deflected any responsibility, making clear "it wasn't their problem." That kind of dismissiveness toward a loyal, longtime customer is unacceptable. Between the disregard for scheduled appointments, the lack of communication, and the dismissive customer service, I won't be returning to Sussex Honda for service at least until they change something -- and I will not recommend it to others. I'd urge management to take a hard look at how appointments and customer service are being handled.

Upon inspection they told me the rotors were warped and they would take care of it. I wasn't happy because I spent a lot of money for a new car and I have defective rotors. They told me not to go down steep hills. Are you kidding me? The car was brand new and expensive. I told them there needs to be a recall on this problem and I wanted them replaced. I was told unless they get more complaints about the rotors it won't be replaced. My brother purchased the same vehicle different color and he had the same problem. What are the chances of that happening if it wasn't an on going problem. To top it off my sunroof started to leak. I brought to Honda and was told it was fixed. It happen to be raining and as I pulled out of the lot water poured into my car. I turned around asked to speak to the service manager and told him off. I contacted the honda corporation and filed a complaint about both issues. I told them what happened. I had a case number and was told the team will investigate. Lo and behold I was told Sussex Honda said they repaired both issues. I told them they're putting a bandaid on things that need to be replaced. I'm over the mileage for the lemon law and I'm stuck with a lemon of a car. I'll never buy Honda again and will never reccomend it. Honda sucks and so does the dealership. If you're smart stay away. I can't tell you how many times I went back there for both problems and was told everything was repaired. If you're smart you won't buy a honda and stay away from Sussex Honda.

I have another BMW that I had been servicing elsewhere, and when I got a crazy exorbitant estimate for work I had BMW of Newton take a look - they did the work at a fair price (less than half what the other dealer proposed). They also did not pressure me into new tires and brakes earlier than needed, like the other dealer's service department did. My experience with these folks has been excellent so far, and I'd recommend them highly.

But with Ed you get the job done right and for a reasonable amount. I had a oil leak and they fixed it hands down.
