Very poor communication from my local Advance Auto Parts where I purchased this Schumacher Jump Starter. I purchased on advice of salesman who told me that if it didn't work that I could return the item. Not only didn't it work, I was in actual danger - a risky situation where I was in a busy City street in heavy traffic when the jump starter failed to work. I was forced to find some help and use old fashioned jumper cables, the exact situation I hoped to avoid when I was advised by Advance Auto Parts store clerk to buy this item. They gave me another in exchange, they refused to refund mt money. They said the policy is not to give money back on electronics items. The clerk said this was clearly posted. I asked him to show it to me, it was taped on a post near cash register at about 6ft high, the notice was not readable due to small typeface and was in no way revealed to me at the time of purchase. The receipt also said nothing about not being able to get a refund on electronics items. VERY POOR SERVICE. Despite having been. a good customer at this store, I will never shop at any Advance Auto Parts again. When a refund policy is not revealed and is not posted in a way to be noticeable when buying an item, they clearly don't care about their customers.

I noticed my car was eligible for recall work so I called…read morehere and spoke with Michelle who could not have been more patient, responsive, and helpful. I had a few schedule changes before my appointment and every time she was able to sort it out for me and make sure I had a set date and time to come in. They also followed up with a text and phone call to confirm everything which is great. I brought the car in for the appointment and was helped by Paul who was knowledgeable, nice and helpful. Turns out my car didn't need the recall work and I was in and out in about an hour. Paul was very pleasant throughout the experience and even complimented the shape my car was in. I was glad I didn't have to stick around for hours while they worked on my car but if I need any work done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to bring it into Sussex Honda.

I just need to make sure that the airbag deployed if something were to happen I made an appointment for 9 o'clock got there at 9:15 had a loaner. Everybody was nice. I came back almost 1 o'clock they still had not taken my vehicle in and they were like it could be another hour or two or maybe even longer so I had a 9 o'clock appointment they didn't even look at my car and the man who was checking me in said well you know we're busy we had to take everybody that wasn't so complicated first so everybody else went first and I had to sit there all day long. Yes they gave me a car --I had no idea a diagnostic test of the airbag could take --6-8/9 hours!!!!!!Why on earth did I make an appointment to begin with. Have I known it was gonna be an all day project I would've set it up differently. I was told it would take an hour or two yes, it was frustrating and my experience was not that good. I took my car and I left. I did not get it diagnosed

Had a rooftop carrier installed on my 2024 Tiguan 11/13/2025. Did a great a timely job. My service advisor is Cole Hansen. Kept me updated while work was being done. I will request him when I need service in the future. We own 3 Volkswagens. I recommend Volkswagen world of Newton for both sales, services and parts as needed. Also Colleen the service scheduler is extremely nice and wants you to be pleased. And also let me say Alex in parts is terrific. He spends the needed time with you to ensure you ordered what you need is correct.
