I came here & they changed my bulbs for me for an awesome price. I have continued to go since then. Today I went in for a headlight and a "check parking light." the man changed my headlight no problem & he checked my parking lights and told me all the lights in my car seem to be ok. I know it'd be easy to take advantage of my lack of knowledge & he could easily charge me for something I don't really need but the guys here are always very honest. Everything is extremely affordable, the service is great and everything is made very simple. I will continue to be a lifelong customer here! :)

Napa Legend battery is supposed to have a 24 month full replacement warranty and a prorated…read morewarranty after that. My dead Legend battery was at 27 months when It died and Napa refused to honor any probated warranty and told me he can sell me a new battery for 250.00 They will now honor their own warranty. DO NOT EVER USE NAPA because of their "Out the door" warranty. This is the second time I've had this issue with them. No more NAPA. You can buy better and less expensive parts online and have them delivered overnight. Boycott NAPA.

I had a few schedule changes before my appointment and every time she was able to sort it out for me and make sure I had a set date and time to come in. They also followed up with a text and phone call to confirm everything which is great. I brought the car in for the appointment and was helped by Paul who was knowledgeable, nice and helpful. Turns out my car didn't need the recall work and I was in and out in about an hour. Paul was very pleasant throughout the experience and even complimented the shape my car was in. I was glad I didn't have to stick around for hours while they worked on my car but if I need any work done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to bring it into Sussex Honda.

I just need to make sure that the airbag deployed if something were to happen I made an appointment for 9 o'clock got there at 9:15 had a loaner. Everybody was nice. I came back almost 1 o'clock they still had not taken my vehicle in and they were like it could be another hour or two or maybe even longer so I had a 9 o'clock appointment they didn't even look at my car and the man who was checking me in said well you know we're busy we had to take everybody that wasn't so complicated first so everybody else went first and I had to sit there all day long. Yes they gave me a car --I had no idea a diagnostic test of the airbag could take --6-8/9 hours!!!!!!Why on earth did I make an appointment to begin with. Have I known it was gonna be an all day project I would've set it up differently. I was told it would take an hour or two yes, it was frustrating and my experience was not that good. I have another BMW that I had been servicing elsewhere, and when I got a crazy exorbitant estimate for work I had BMW of Newton take a look - they did the work at a fair price (less than half what the other dealer proposed). They also did not pressure me into new tires and brakes earlier than needed, like the other dealer's service department did. My experience with these folks has been excellent so far, and I'd recommend them highly.

And very busy...But that's a good thing…read more Ed is the man and I personally will never take my cars to midas or any other crap chain that the staff has no knowledge of how to change oil... But with Ed you get the job done right and for a reasonable amount. I had a oil leak and they fixed it hands down. I had other experiences elsewhere where they changed something expensive and has to go back because was not fixed. I am soo happy that I did not have to buy a new car and it has been 2 years after the fix and still no problems whatsoever. HIGHLY Recommend!!!!
