They did a great job and returned the cart three days later. I noticed a slight noise and made them aware of it. The noise did get worse after a month or so and I made arrangements for them to pick up the cart and take look. I wasn't sure if this was a new problem or something they had already repaired. Turns out it was a defective part they had installed. This part was replaced and they fixed a couple of other issues they had found. They took care of the bill and delivered the cart in two days. Batteries Plus Pine Island Rd.12-6-24…read more Buyer Beware. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a Motorcycle Battery. I hadn't ridden my Motorcycle in 3 months but the last time I rode it everything was fine with the bike. When I went to start it a couple days ago, the lights and radio worked, but the starter just clicked. This has happened before, and I knew it needed a new battery as it was way over 6 years old. I checked around and decided to buy a new Battery from Battery's Plus. I stopped down and they sold me a new battery for 161 dollars with a 12 Month replacement warranty. Once home I started to open the box and I heard a rattle coming from inside the box. As I opened the box all the hardware as in bolts and nuts were out of the bag floating around inside the box. The hardware bag was not broken and as I took count of the hardware one nut was missing. This nut is a special size, so I made one in my shop to fit. I Installed the Battery and turned the bike ignition switch on and low and behold no lights, no radio. I immediately checked the Battery connections and Battery voltage. It was less than 3 volts. I uninstalled the Battery put it back in the box and stopped back at Battery's Plus with my receipt. I told them what happened, and they checked the voltage with their meter and came up with the same reading. I said I wanted to exchange the bad with another good battery. They said NO WAY. I asked why not and what about the 12-month warranty? They stated your battery is under 10 volts so and we don't know what you did with it so NO EXCHANGE AND NO MONEY BACK, STORE POLICY. I asked to speak a manager they said no manager was there. I said so I paid 161 dollars for nothing does that seem fair. They said that's the way it is. I called my credit card company, and they credited me back the 161 and they will dispute the charges. I WILL NEVER BY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. If I could give them less than minus 1 star I would Follow me for more reviews. Gulf Coast Terry

Yes, they carried what I needed, had it in stock and absolutely do the installation for an extremely fair price! Saving me almost $100 of a dealer quoted price which was basically labor. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The heat outside was oppressive, I felt for him, as the temp outside was 95* and they bring a cart out to the parking lot and change out the batteries. I imagine not having an indoor bay probably keeps the overhead down and passes a great savings on to the consumer. The staff of three were all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was suggested I get a new battery for the key fob too....good idea. I'm confident my upcoming 8 hr trip will be safer. I always do surveys but this place deserved a review. I hope it helps one other consumer not worry they will be stranded when their battery indicator displays this message. Have a great day traveling with confidence.

(Because I just replaced one.) He didn't say much. Came back 5mins later said he replaced both but did not test. When I said I only wanted one could he please him to swap out only the one that was dead. He said he threw away the batteries so he couldn't do that. Again I only wanted one battery. He refused Then took both fobs batteries out and said he refused service. Gave me both key fobs back empty without batteries. I wouldn't have been able to run my car it's a hybrid without the one FOB that was good. As he said he threw them away. I don't understand why he couldn't have just done one. Why he caused all that commotion. Now I had to call the police to go to the store. Imagine how awful. He finally put my old batteries back in.
