I crossed a railroad track in McCamey and busted a leaf spring in the middle of a flash flood. My wife contacted Jerry and gave him demensions of the spring on my old travel trailer as I removed the broken one and got ready to head back to Odessa. Jerry's diligence is a direct reflection of Premier customer service. He didn't give up on finding the right parts to get me going again. I had a warranty for a part from them so when me and my mom went to go get a replacement for the…read morepart they instead just gave us excuses and stated that the warranty we paid extra for was not valid because it must of been put fault the part broke... my mother was then asked if she wanted the manager to check out the car in question and she said yes. The moment my mother walked out with the manager I heard several employees talking poorly about my mother. I am assuming they didn't see me because the moment I walked around the corner they just got qu and looked at me. At least the manager checked out the car but I am definitely not impressed by the unprofessional behavior from his employee.
