I had brakes replaced at dealership. Rotor was out of round but problem did not happen until car had been driven on highway for a while. I took it to the dealer (still under warranty) explained problem. I was told there was nothing wrong with brakes. So I drove it until it got really bad, but decided not to bother with dealer (work was still under warranty) and I took the car to K & N because I knew the owner would listen and believe me, which he did, and he fixed the problem,

The moment my mother walked out with the manager I heard several employees talking poorly about my mother. I am assuming they didn't see me because the moment I walked around the corner they just got qu and looked at me. At least the manager checked out the car but I am definitely not impressed by the unprofessional behavior from his employee.

I called Andy Reeder at NAPA "Abilene Paint and Color" a day ahead to make arrangements for Andy to…read morepersonally mix my paint as he had done previously. The next morning as I left Brownwood I called Andy to remind him and tell him that I would be there at 10 o'clock. Upon arrival only Alicia was there and we left our airplane cowling and told Alicia we have an appointment and would have to leave Abilene by 1 o'clock. Alicia assured me that would be plenty of time and so we left and came back at 12:30 only to find Alicia eating a hamburger with no regard for the fact that we were on the schedule. Nothing was ready and Alicia continued eating a hamburger and only when someone else came in did they continue working on our paint order. Andy finally showed up and when we finally left about 130 I knew that we were likely to have paint that would not match because Andy did not do the matching as we had requested. I was warned several times by customers to not allow Alicia to mix the paint as it was never right when she mixed it . Sure enough when we tried the paint it was not even close. I called the manager in Odessa Wayland Webb in order to get this resolved and have asked him to refund me everything I've spent and for some of the time that I wasted on that day when they were supposed to mix the paint properly and he has refused to do so. Wayland has no consideration for my totally wasted day and all the hours and time that I have spent and I wanted to share this on Google reviews to warn other people that NAPA as well as Andy Reeder have no regard for other customers when they don't properly take care of those customers especially when those customers made a concerted effort to be properly cared for. My effort on this Google review is to allow other customers to know that NAPA does not have any personal care for their customers and are not willing to step up and refund those customers properly when they obviously dropped the ball and messed up. As a last resort I went back to Napa in Brownwood in order to see if they could possibly match the paint. TJ made an effort but again the paint did not match. I was previously warned by Wayland Webb that Brownwood likely would not be able to match the paint either and he was right and once again another wasted day and several hours of my time. I would suggest going to O'Reilly and from what I've heard you will likely get better results and better taken care of.

On oct. 28th these guys worked with me and helped me fix my broken off rear drive shaft in my 2007 Tacoma that came off on I-10 some time after El Paso so this was a bit of an emergency and it was also a Friday but even though they are not a actual shop to work on vehicles (most of the clients dropped off whole drivelines and they repaired them then clients came back to get the repaired shafts.) they provided a few tools and helped me pull the rest of my drive line off and put it back in after they fixed it. All in all they got me back on the road in the same day where anywhere else would have taken days and charged A-LOT. Like I said before amazing group of people and amazing work if I need anything else ever done with drivelines again these are the guys In calling.

This was the best costumer service I have received at an auto place in a really long time. They checked my battery and deemed it was unusable. Afterwards they ran their system to see if they had a replacement. Luckily they had the exact one I needed. When he brought it up to the counter, without me asking, he offered to help me replace the old one with the one I just purchased. Since 2 people are better than one I said "let's do it"! He did most of the work but we knocked it out in about 10 minutes or so. It was cold+windy and he was in a tshirt, not once did he complain and went strait to work on the battery. You don't see that type of work ethic anymore and it's such a delight when you do. For as long as they keep people like Justin, I will keep coming back. This is my go to spot from now on. If you make it out to this store please ask for Justin. He'll make your life a whole lot easier.
