Never once passed blame or denied wrongdoing. Took full ownership of the other individuals mistakes. Truly a great interaction and response all around. He offered to make good on the sale and came to an agreement that was fair for both parties. We worked with Tron and our original sales rep (Julian). They provided a smooth/expedited 2nd interaction for the vehicle purchase, which we were definitely appreciative of them doing. Tron also noticed a slight/subtle defect (that I would never have caught) and already contacted the manufacturer to provide a fix for the vehicle. The original situation was unfortunate but Tron, Julian, and Village Pointe Toyota made amends. They provided a fair resolution and responded in a very professional manner! They (Tron, Julian, or Village Pointe Toyota) did not ask me to update my review. I just felt that after how they rectified the situation, that it deserved an updated response. 6-24-26 Original Post (1 star) I don't post reviews about companies because it isn't worth the trouble. But in this instance, I couldn't "bite my tongue" after my recent experience. I've never been so insulted and angered by a business in my entire life. Summary of Experience: We put our name on the list to buy a 2026 Toyota Sienna Limited AWD WITHOUT any additional upgrades. Put our $500 deposit down, were quoted a price, and told it could take 2-3 months to arrive. Perfect, works for us. 2.5 months later the vehicle arrives. We go in to test drive the vehicle with intent to buy (assuming no issues with the vehicle). Everything looked great, no issues. Here is where things turned. Sales rep shows us the vehicle price. $3,000 over quoted price. Ummm, what? We agreed to a certain price. We get told the manufacturer added $3,000 worth of upgrades and that's just how the manufacturer does it. Sales rep talks with the sales manager and comes back. Basically take it or leave it. I understand you can sell this car in 2 seconds, but we had an agreement. So we iron out a new deal with the sales rep. Mind you that the sales manager never once came to talk to us. Not a single time. Dealership would give us $500 off (on the $3,000 in upgrades we didn't want), my $500 veteran discount, and were told they would sell us the 8yr, 125,000 Platinum warranty at EMPLOYEE cost. Cool, we aren't fully happy but agree with this new deal and so did the sales rep and sales manager. Sales rep was forced to go back and forth through this whole process to relay messages from the sales manager. He handled this very well and was very professional. No complaints about our sales rep. Now we get sent to the finance rep. We discuss financing. I tell him we already have financing. We say if you can match/beat it, then we can go with you. He says best they can do is almost double the % of our financing. Well, we clearly won't do that. He then says the $500 military rebate is only if we finance through them. So now we are annoyed again that we are "out" another $500 on the deal. He starts selling us on a warranty. My wife and I are confused. We let him finish his sales pitch and then tell him we already agreed to the Platinum warranty at EMPLOYEE cost with the sales team. He is confused and goes to his finance manager. Finance manager comes in and is also confused. He leaves to go talk with the sales team comes back and says, "We can't sell you this at cost". I say that is what was agreed to after the other deals were already not honored. He leaves again, comes back and says, "best we can do is at X price." I ask, is this at EMPLOYEE cost, like we agreed to? He says it is at cost (not EMPLOYEE cost). He says that can't do that. We argue semantics of "at cost" vs "at EMPLOYEE cost". Finance manager then brings back in the finance rep and says, "what do I do here? I can't go lower". They begin acting all smug and condescending and saying stuff like, "this is the best I have ever seen." "You can't get better". "Does he (me) look like an employee to you? He doesn't look like one to me. How can we give this guy an employee discount if he isn't an employee?" I respond with, we agreed to the at EMPLOYEE cost with the sales manager. The Finance manager responds with, and I literally quote, "Look at this guy. He just knows everything about how our financing works." I instantly walked out. Just fuming. I didn't yell, didn't make a fuss. Just said, no thanks, we are walking. Just the audacity to make that comment after your dealership didn't honor the deal 3 separate times. I wasn't arguing about your financing system, I was arguing that you haven't honored a single one of the deals your business made. They have a camera in the finance office too. So this exchange isn't even up for debate. The owners can check the tape if they want.

This month we were…read morereviewing our loan agreement and realized it was a couple thousand dollars higher than what we expected. We went to VPT and they reprinted our purchase agreement. On it was a maintenance agreement they had slipped in at the end when we were unaware. Their only response was "isn't that your signature on the paperwork?" even though my husband and I vehemently told them that we had declined it not once but twice. I would not recommend VPT as a car dealership. They are dishonest and will try to bait and switch decisions you make - just to put more money in their pocket. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Unfortunately, I was informed that my tires were wearing unevenly and needed replacement, which I wish had been communicated before the oil change. The staff member who relayed the tire issue was professional and even arranged a ride for me home, which I appreciated. However, my experience soured when I tried to get updates. Despite texting Mike multiple times over four days, I received no response. When I finally called, he seemed defensive that I was questioning the reason he didn't inform me that my vehicle was ready for pickup and/or didn't give me a quote for the tires. While the oil change pricing seemed fair, I believe Mike could benefit from customer service training. I was able to find good deals on tires elsewhere and had a great experience with Brakes Plus for an alignment - wish I got my oil change there as well because they were running a 50% off special. Moving forward, I'll be choosing Brakes Plus for my service needs, especially since they offer complimentary Lyft rides. Overall, even though I appreciated the manager calling to let me know he knew they dropped the ball with me on getting the tire quote, I was disappointed with my experience at Woodhouse Quick Lane.
