I recently took my vehicle to Woodhouse Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. Mike checked me in and I appreciated the text feature for updates. Unfortunately, I was informed that my tires were wearing unevenly and needed replacement, which I wish had been communicated before the oil change. The staff member who relayed the tire issue was professional and even arranged a ride for me home, which I appreciated. However, my experience soured when I tried to get updates. Despite texting Mike multiple times over four days, I received no response. When I finally called, he seemed defensive that I was questioning the reason he didn't inform me that my vehicle was ready for pickup and/or didn't give me a quote for the tires. While the oil change pricing seemed fair, I believe Mike could benefit from customer service training. I was able to find good deals on tires elsewhere and had a great experience with Brakes Plus for an alignment - wish I got my oil change there as well because they were running a 50% off special. Moving forward, I'll be choosing Brakes Plus for my service needs, especially since they offer complimentary Lyft rides. Overall, even though I appreciated the manager calling to let me know he knew they dropped the ball with me on getting the tire quote, I was disappointed with my experience at Woodhouse Quick Lane. read more

I went there to try and get an oil change. Their website said the wait was estimated at 45 minutes. I drove in, saw the Oil change bay empty and there were three people up front by the register pretty much doing nothing. Maybe they weren't trained to do oil changes but when I tried to check in they told me it would be a 3 to 3.5 hour wait. And no, they don't take appointments. Looks to me like yet another place where the website can't be trusted and is meant as a bait and switch to get you to the store. After wasting time driving there for that long of a wait you can bet I won't be back. After reading some of the other reviews maybe i dodged a bullet. read more

I took my car to this location for an oil change and checkup. Within 6 days of this, my coolant/radiator hose and clamp failed and destroyed a 2 year old motor (which Woodhouse Hyundai put in as part of a recall). Now I'm told that they "check" the hoses but not the clamps. Called the dealership and they said that over time clamps and hoses fail, but those clamps and hoses were less than 2 years old and I assumed were checked each time I took it in for maintenance at Quick Lane. Now I'm stuck with a $12,000 bill for a car worth only $7,000 and both Quick Land and Woodhouse Hyundai are saying that it's not their fault, things just happen. read more

Five stars for my first visit to this business! The rear axle assembly on my recently purchased 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor failed as I was driving it to Omaha from Las Angeles, CA. I needed a mechanic to repair or replace the assembly. Quick Lane was recommended by neighbors. I was not aware they perform major mechanical repairs. I consulted with Jason (Service Advisor) and I can't say enough good things about him. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and I quickly developed trust in him. He assigned the diagnostic work to Jeff (Certified Technician) and they determined it would be more cost effective to replace the assembly than rebuilding the old one. The right axle seal and bearing were destroyed, and it had ring and pion gear damage. Trust, they could have easily convinced me the parking brakes needed to be replace due to oil contamination, but they cleaned the existing parts and re-installed them. That saved me a lot of money. I also had them replace the power steering pump, the seal on the old one was failing. I have the car back and everything is working perfect. I should note I spent a lot of time in the center. Every one of the guys was friendly and respectful. read more

My 1 hour wait ended up being 2 hours with a tire rotation that I did not request! I don't give many five star reviews but this business Earned it. Matt fix a tire for me on Monday that had a chunk of metal in it. On Wednesday of the same week the tire was completely flat. I went in and explained I do not have a floor jack or wheel wrench. They sent Matt out to my house within a hour. He determined I had ran over some thing else and had another leak. Woodhouse Quick Lane took care of it at no charge even though it wasn't their fault I ran over some thing else. Matt wanted to know if there was anything else he could do to make it right. Went to this location and they misquoted how long it would take. After speaking with someone at the counter, they did help by moving me up due to their misquote. However after leaving about 10 minutes later my car started to have a lot of alerts go off. I was close to a dealer and they thankfully was able to take my car back and found a sensor broke and a couple more out of whack. I will NEVER take my car back! read more

Never ending problems and terrible management! I've been coming here for years and the service has just gone downhill! Came in to get new tires, oil change and cabin filter. Now I'm aware that trucks have wear parts and things need to be replaced. However after spending 2300$ the tires weren't even inflated to spec, and there was a grinding noise when I turned on the ac. Literally when I picked it up. Walked back in and asked if anyone had checked their own work? They apologized and blew out the motor and said all was good. A few days later the noise was back. When I brought (4the trip) it back to have them fix the noise I was informed that there were leaves and the motor needed to be replaced soon. How they got in there I'm not sure but I've never had this issue before. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I said the noise hadn't been present when I dropped it off originally and that I had never had that issue before. He rudely raised his voice and said well it's seven years old ant that parts wear out. I will not be returning here for any future business and would suggest others not as well. read more

We used to take our Mazda 3 over to the Woodhouse Quicklube location as it was closer to our house than Woodhouse Mazda for routine service, primarily oil changes and tire rotations. We had trusted them to work on the car and make sound recommendations for service needs. Recently my wife was there getting the car serviced at 50,000 miles. The Service consultant recommended that the front brakes needed to have new rotors and pads as both were below specs. I have worked on cars for 40 years and know that rotors generally do not need replacement at 50,000 miles. Instead of opting them to service the car at the tune of $325, I decided to inspect the brakes myself. The pads were at the point were they could be replaced. The rotors were within specification and could be machined rather than replace. Over all I performed the brake service for under $100. I am not sure if Woodhouse was trying to take advantage of a woman, or simply trying to sell service and parts that are not needed, but they have lost my trust and my business. You have to be aware of what these slick auto service centers are recommending. Too bad others will be taken advantage of. read more

I've trusted my vehicle in these people's hands for as long as I've lived in west Omaha. They keep in touch, keep me updated, and gave me a good deal on a new starter. It is first come first serve here, so try to get in as early in the day as you can if you want it done that day. They offer warranties, but I've never had to take anything back there after they worked on it. They are open on Saturdays, but I imagine that they are pretty busy. They also send you a text message every now and then reminding you of routine maintenance on your vehicle. Some people will find this courteous and convenient, but I prefer to "opt-in" to a text messaging program because some people get charged for those. I don't want to receive a promotional text unless I ask for one. read more

I've used quick lane for 3 years. They are a little pricey, but always felt the did a good job, convenient and my business was important. My last couple experiences were sub par. On the last visit I took my vehicle in for an oil change. There was a coupon online that showed a discount and a $10 rebate resulting in $29 service for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. Fair price. It ended up being $48. The clerk who checked me in and out told me the coupon expired, two things why was it still out on their site and why didn't she tell me that when I checked in and showed her the coupon? Second their inspection concluded my vehicle still had the original fuel filter and recommended they replace it. They had replaced this filter 3 months ago. Or at least they charged me for a new filter 3 months ago, I am concerned they either didn't do the work originally or just figured it was time to replace and since it wasn't on their books(I have the receipt) they should recommend a $95 job. Finally their inspection concluded my brakes were fine. Now I watched the mechanic inspect the brakes and I'm not a mechanic, but how do you inspect drum brakes without removing the drum? Time to find a new mechanic. read more

The salesman had a huge attitude with us and when we wanted to talk to the manager about it he wouldn't come out to talk to us. We just wanted to see if they would beat the price of lake manawa nissan. The salesperson said they would and then he told me their doc fee was 3 times that of lake manawa. They just seemed to not care to answer my questions. It really upset me that the manager wouldn't even take the time to talk. Stay away from woodhouse nissan.
