    I went there to try and get an oil change. Their website said the wait was estimated at 45 minutes. I drove in, saw the Oil change bay empty and there were three people up front by the register pretty much doing nothing. Maybe they weren't trained to do oil changes but when I tried to check in they told me it would be a 3 to 3.5 hour wait. And no, they don't take appointments. Looks to me like yet another place where the website can't be trusted and is meant as a bait and switch to get you to the store. After wasting time driving there for that long of a wait you can bet I won't be back. After reading some of the other reviews maybe i dodged a bullet.

    Very questionable sales tactics if you go in there!!! Do not send your wife alone because they will try to overcharge

    If almost 2 hours is considered "Quick" service then this is the right place for you! If not, go somewhere else!

    Car wash was is not worth the money, save your money and go someplace else, had to clean all the white spots off my SUV when I got home!

    I was not a pretty impressed with their service at first because I was told the work would only…read moretake an hour and a half when I drove myself there and waited on the premises after being there an hour and 45 minutes the lady came and told me that it was gonna be a while so I had arrived at 10:30 and did not get to leave there until 330 after leaving there. I noticed a loud noise coming from my right rear of my car and the shock that they installed on the right rear already had broken loose and was making a loud noise, called back and talk to them. They said to bring the car back in a few days later, and they would look at it and fix whatever the problem was well it turned out. It was a broken shock brand new after installation. It broke and then I also had a tire replaced on the right rear and that tire continuously goes flat and it's brand new so I really appreciate everything they did but it seemed like everything they touched just was not blessed. I still have not taken the vehicle back or called them about the right rear new tire they put on the continuously goes flat. all in all, I was treated very good by the staff and the staff out in the bays were also very nice people. I guess I just have one of them cars.

They've worked late a couple times to finish an oil change, gotten hard to find parts in no time, and always clearly explain any issues they find. As a huge plus, my wife always feels comfortable bringing her car to them, and never feels pressured or talked down to like has happened at many other mechanics. Super great people, phenomenal service, and fair prices!

    This dealerships service department must be on par with the worst of the worst…read more Tried to call to make an appointment, an AI "agent" is attempting to get me scheduled. Already annoyed because why can a human not handle such a mundane task. I get scheduled to come in at noon on a Thursday, and I am told on the phone I cannot get a loaner so my options are sit and wait or "shuttle service". Today (Thursday at noon) I arrive, entry into the service department is a mess of other vehicles facing all directions to the point I can only pull halfway into the bay. I wait for someone to come out to me, no one does. After a few minutes I walk in and everyone is just sitting around, obviously this is why they can't talk to someone when scheduling an appointment themselves. When checking in I'm told that "we can't do the diagnostic until tomorrow were you aware?" Obviously I was not aware, why else would I come in on my scheduled service time and date? The person helping just could not grasp why I was frustrated. Offered me a ride home, useless since I had to take time out of my week just to make it out here and how would I get to work tomorrow morning? Then tried to offer me a loaner vehicle, failed at securing one. I eventually just asked when can I come in and my car actually be looked at. This employee could not understand and tried to say "even if you come in the morning there's no promise we would be able to get it taken care of". After more back and forth I got rescheduled, guess I'll find out next week if they've gotten this department organized by then. By far the most lackluster dealer experience I've had. Not only was this event a blunder their prices are obnoxious. I normally go to Lexus of Omaha since it's closer. Not only is their customer service MILES ahead of this place, their prices are significantly better, always have a loaner available, and their communication is top notch. As of now I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

This is hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any dealership -- and that includes ones from years ago that no longer exist for obvious reasons. Let's start with the basics: they're disorganized, unresponsive, and wildly inefficient. Scheduling an appointment is like applying for a mortgage -- slow, frustrating, and full of unnecessary hoops. You'll be lucky to get in within three weeks, and even then, it's a gamble whether they'll have the parts, the techs, or even a clue what's going on when you show up. The communication? Nonexistent. Don't expect callbacks. Don't expect updates. Don't expect answers. You'll be chasing them down like it's your job -- all for work that they are supposed to be doing. Now here's where it gets worse. The sales department will sell you service plans or warranties, and the service department either won't honor them or acts like they've never heard of such a thing. It's like the departments are in open war with each other, and somehow the customer is left footing the bill for their lack of coordination. They're more than happy to take your money up front, but once you actually need service, they disappear behind red tape, long waits, and "sorry, nothing we can do." I've had smoother experiences getting a refund from a vending machine. And when you raise concerns? You're met with blank stares, shrugs, and the kind of dismissive attitude that suggests they're just waiting for you to give up. No urgency, no accountability, no pride in their work. Just apathy and excuses. Bottom line: avoid Baxter Ford's service department at all costs. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, and sanity -- go anywhere else. Literally. There are oil change places inside gas stations that are better run than this. Absolutely awful. UPDATE 4/22: So a representative from Baxter called us last week. She was very nice (Oscar-worthy performance, honestly) and swore up and down she'd follow up with us. We politely told her it wasn't necessary -- but she insisted. Like, aggressively insisted. Promised to call us back first thing the next morning, but hey, if she could swing it, she'd call later that same day. Wanna guess what happened next? That's right -- crickets. Radio. Silence. Vanished like Houdini in a puff of corporate indifference. Now -- why is this relevant? Because it's not a her problem. It's a Baxter problem. A whole system of poor ownership, nonexistent leadership, and a culture so dysfunctional it probably needs its own reality show. And while we're here -- let's talk about that shiny Google score they flex so hard. At the time of purchase two years ago, the salesperson practically begged us for a 5-star review in exchange for rushing our car through the process. "Leave a five-star and I'll have your car ready this afternoon!" Wow, what integrity. So here's the secret: don't trust that score. If you actually dig past the pile of hollow "sales was so great!!!" comments, you'll find the real gems where people call out their service department for what it is -- absolute, smelly, hot garbage. Waste Management would turn this place down for a pick-up. Do yourself a favor. Read between the lines. And maybe bring a clothespin for your nose if you risk dealing with their service department.
