Their Service Manager Jesse Gloystein is the best. He is very good to work with and always gets us taken care of.

FCR Performance in Omaha can get your Hot Rod Rollin again! Read my review!…read more Owning a collector car and not being a mechanic is a difficult and daunting experience. Now I know my in's and outs of cars and can do the little things. oil change, spark plugs, etc. Body work and the little things of a 50's car not so much and is no easy task of determining where to begin. The next step is finding someone who you can trust with your baby and that knows the type of car you have. Again no easy task when is come to 50's hot rods and then Cadillac's to boot. After some research and talking to my other car friend. I decided to give a old timer a try. One he's been there done that and seen it all. Two would the younger guys really know 50's cars? I did some research and Terry at FCR Performance had some not so nice reviews years back. For the most part you have to take some of it for what it could be. Upset people and business competitor's. After talking with Terry it was clear that he had had a run of bad luck with a shop fire and he had taken major knocks that had set him back. For me this project was where he was at NOW and if I felt he could do the job better than the other guy. I can tell you that I am glad I went with FCR Performance. A 1959 Cadillac is not a beast for everyone. Terry knows these cars along with Oldsmobile's. He has quite the Racing history and even with a few misguided business decisions in the past. The work and dedication he put into my ride was what you would expect if he was working on his own ride. I know I can count on him for all restoration work and he will back up his work. Terry and FCR Performance isn't the cheapest and not the most expensive. But do you really want the cheapest guy doing the work on your baby. Like any project you really need to set priority for the work done and make sure you and the business has a clear understanding of the cost involved and set a budget. Just remember collector cars and older hot rods always are going to cost more than you expect! There is always something unforeseen that comes up with you start ripping into a older car. I would highly recommend Terry and his shop. He did me right and I do feel you can trust him and your ride will be back on the road!

I purchased my vehicle from the 120th and Dodge St location and they were great. The service…read moredept... isn't so great. Every time I come here, they schedule me with Kreyton. He's dumpy, a bit slow, hasn't brushed his teeth in the last decade (he smells sooooooo bad ), usually doesn't have a clue what he's doing and ALWAYS tries to upsell me services I don't need and didn't ask for. I came in a while back for an oil change and relayed that when I reversed out of my garage that day, there is some squealing. He said they checked it out and nothing was wrong. Then tried to sell me $1300 worth of diagnostic testing only. Wtf?! Yesterday, I came it for a security part that was covered by them and he again tried to upsell me $1500 worth of services I didn't need or ask for. Every. Freaking. Time. Kreyton's greed and gross incompetence aside, there are other employees here who lack basic common sense. I recently had gotten a car wash and the power wash broke the driver's side hub cap. I called and the guy who scheduled my appt was fantastic. He put me on hold to make sure Woodhouse even had that specific hub cap in stock (they didn't), but he located one in Omaha that they could have within a couple days. Perfect! He told me they wouldn't even charge me any service fees bc it would take 5 mins to pop on the new hub cap. Great! Even better. I came in as scheduled. They worked on another issue plus supposedly replaced the hub cap. I was there for two hours total. And then they called my name to say that my car was done. A short, Hispanic male told me my car was all set and I inquired about the hub cap as I got out my debit card to pay. He then questioned me about hub cap because they hadn't done anything with it! What?! Two hours and you hadn't even addressed one of the two reasons I came in? Seriously? Then he asked me if I wanted the hub cap on my driver's side wheel replaced? Ummm no. Just hand it to me or throw it in the trunk? What kind of a stupid question is that?! Then he told me that they didn't have it in stock and I relayed that the nice man who scheduled me told me that he would have it for my appt. So zero communication is going on here. He came back a few mins later to tell me that they DID have it in stock and so I waited another 15 mins for them to replace the hub cap. All of this was included on the itinerary for my appt. So no one bothered to read it? Wow. Then the next day, Ricardo called me to schedule an appt for the services I just had done the day before. So clearly, the right hand has zero clue what the left hand is doing. I'm gonna start taking my car elsewhere to be serviced. I have zero confidence in Woodhouse after far, far too many bad experiences here.

Called ahead to confirm my oil change was complimentary. Get to my appointment a week later and all…read moreof a sudden its not free and the "system screens looked different today". Not my problem? Ended up paying normal price. I have had issues every single time with Hyundai and their service departments.
