So , here we are, a year and a half after Woodhouse toasted the engine of my Ford Explorer. Woodhouse never did get back to me, despite several attempts to initiate a conversation on my part. I'vr contacted Ford Motor Company, they were no help. Quart by quart, I've added four cases of oil to my car, until the engine finally failed. My mechanic performed a compression check on the engine and declared the engine dead. I had a shop in town install a used engine in my car with a comparable number of miles to the failed engine at a cost of over $4k. I've given Woodhouse 1 star, only because zero was not an option. My car had no mechanical issues, burned no oil, until I took it there to replace the water pump. There's a reason Woodhouse has under 4 stars. I wish I had checked YELP first. read more

Alec and Pete from WOODHOUSE Lincoln tried to push junk cars on my elderly mother, talked her into a $500 non refundable deposit. She didn't sign anything, all over the phone but won't refund. She is mentally ill and has anxiety and emotional problems. Going to try and sue to get her money back. Crooks! Unethical. read more

Lincoln as a brand is overall impressive, as is Woodhouse Lincoln. I did purchase my car elsewhere, as I was looking for a hybrid with specific features that I could only find out of state, but Woodhouse Lincoln treated me like a customer when I came in to have a service recall taken care of and to order some accessories. I made the appointment online, was able to get in quickly (same week) and early(before work.). The waiting area has cozy leather seating, WiFi and a little 'cafe' with various options - latte, Tazo tea, hot chocolate, filtered water, etc.. Everyone was very nice and the facility overall was very clean, even the service garage. read more

Woodhouse Nissan on Giles. Jesse was helpful but woodhouse at 125th and Emmet Street. Not so much. Jesse had me issue a check for plates to have three weeks later have Emmet Street give me a check back in my name. Made no sense. Now I have to deposit it and wait for the funds to be available to get my plates. More delays. First they lost my title information. Told me to wait another week after waiting already two weeks. On the fourth week. Got a call to go to Emmet Street to sign the title so it could be taken to Sarpy County to be processed so I can get my plates. Hoping this will get done so I do not accure late fees. I originally did a survey giving all good numbers. Next time I will wait until the whole process is complete. read more

Please don't ever come here for Auto Repair if it's not being covered by warranty or something. Horrible experiences multiple times with prices that are laughably ridiculous for even minor repairs. Estimates are always a few hundred dollars over what they said it would be. These guys put a remanufactured GM rack and pinion on my FORD Lincoln, I took it to a local shop and he was confused and stunned that it was put on and I wasn't told it was a wrong part. It leaked all over the place within the year. The small time mechanic I eventually ended up at was able to find correct parts that my FORD Lincoln needed and had them on with no issue at all and half the price. What was a nightmare at a Lincoln dealership was just a shrug to a small time mechanic who fixed it with zero issue and in good time at a fair price. Went to get an EGR fixed, still threw a code. Went back and they told me I said to the mechanic that I told him to only replace certain parts, I have no idea what I'm doing, why would I do that?! "Well, it's your word versus our mechanics." I'm not even kidding, that was the answer they gave me. I got thrown a hundred dollars off here and there, they acted like I was bleeding them dry after I gave them thousands, yes thousands of dollars. Just save yourself the heartache and find a good, decent, honest mechanic that isn't these guys. Absolutely disgusting business practices and customer service. read more

Bought my new Lincoln and they delivered it to my house in Las Vegas.. paperwork has been misplaced and I can't license the car. Made several calls and emails to get them to resolve this issue. Response has been we are working on it. I have no way to work since they made this mistake. I get to buy an other car or rent one to drive to work. I bought a certified Lincoln Nautilus Reserve from Woodhouse Lincoln on 145th st. I was assured that the car had been serviced and checked thoroughly prior to my purchase. It had less than 20,000 miles on it. I paid cash for the trade difference. I was supposed to get the title in 7-10 days. My check cleared the bank in 3 days and I still did not get the title for over 2 weeks. On the drive home, to the middle of the state, I noticed that the auto on/off was not operating correctly. Due to time and distance I am getting it repaired at a local Ford dealer. The transmission has to be taken out, and a bearing as well as a sensor need replacing. It is over a 3 day job. I was sold a lemon and they knew it or the service department is not checking the cars the way that they should be before the sales staff assures a purchaser that the car has been completely gone through prior to selling. Every time I called the service department they were too busy the get the car in, that is why I chose a local Ford dealer. read more

We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Alec our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I'd do it again without hesitation knowing how well taken care of we would be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular! read more

Adam was absolutely great even though me and my wife did not purchase a vehicle because of numbers. Buying a used car comes with a certain degree of risk and you accept that risk entering into a contract. On Monday, I inquired about a used Volvo Convertible which was very aggressively priced at Woodhouse Lincoln in Omaha and spoke with Jeremy Sykes. Jeremy is a straight forward, "ain't gonna pull no punches" kind of salesman...I wasn't sure if this was a good fit over the phone. But the price was right, so I scheduled a test drive. While at Woodhouse Lincoln, we were introduced to Matt...who actually took us on the test drive and wrote up the sales contract. (My husband spoke with Matt over the phone, whereas I spoke with Jeremy...like I said, the car was priced right!) We noted that the "low coolant" light was on and marked on the contract that we wanted the "low coolant issue repaired". We left Monday expecting to pick up the car on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon we received a call advising that the coolant leak turned out to be a cracked radiator...this would have been a detrimental mechanical failure and very costly to repair. But the shop at Woodhouse was working to replace the radiator, at no cost, and we could pick up the car on Wednesday. I actually felt guilty about the car because it was so reasonably priced and now they had to "eat" a costly repair. We picked up the car Wednesday, but on the way home the "low coolant" light once again lit up. At home my husband was able to diagnose a loose hose as the culprit, but didn't want to mess with the repairs already done. Upon calling Matt, we were told to bring the car back and the shop would take another look. Thursday morning I was on my way to Woodhouse, but anticipating sitting in the waiting room for hours and hours on end (and the simple fact that they, once again, HAD to be losing money on this deal), I decided to stop at an Advanced Autoparts store to see if they could simply replace the clamp on the hose. The guy at the front counter said that Woodhouse is known for their customer service and it would be in my best interest to take the car there first...ugggh. I just wanted a quick fix at this point. So, I proceeded on to Woodhouse where Jeremy got the car taken into the shop IMMEDIATELY. He asked if I needed a ride to work or home (I did not, I chose to wait.) He said they would get it in and out quickly; he would make sure they put a rush on it. Within a half hour I was told that the mechanic confirmed the loose hose, he had pressure tested the coolant system and our repair was complete. This was by far the fastest repair in the history of any shop anywhere! Honestly, at this point, they seriously could NOT HAVE MADE A PENNY considering all the time and effort on behalf of the sales and service departments, coupled with the already ridiculously low price. This represents our second purchase from Woodhouse (the first fron Woodhouse in Blair, NE) and I absolutely will return again. Woodhouse's reputation for honesty, integrity and amazing sales and service holds true! read more
