That was a big plus for him because he's never installed a battery. Normally, it's not difficult but his Chevy wasn't the easiest. Sometimes car designers just make things more difficult so they can have fun at our expense. But it got done. The store is very clean and fairly well stocked. It's not a huge location so they can't have everything that bigger shops would have, but they have enough. And the people were certainly helpful. I would come back to this store. They have a good business model and follow it.

He was traveling Westbound on Commercial and decided to just cross over at a high rate of speed without slowing down or even looking for oncoming traffic. This dude just thought he was entitled and above all other drivers. Crashed into my wife and daughter with an O' Reilly vehicle. Then, he gets out, leaves his car in the middle of the street and walks to the store. After the police arrive, they ask where he is. So they tell her that he went home. Luckily my wife and daughter escaped with minor injuries. What kind of idiots do these people hire ??? .

Upon arrival of my appointment time, I waited in line and was assisted when it was my turn. The employee was aware of my situation and was able to look up the details from the order number. I also asked about other services and he gave me knowledge answers. He was very personable and helpful and kept the line moving. It was estimated my car would take about 2 hours but it ended up taking about 5 hours. They also never sent me quotes regarding the services I estimated but I didn't inquire further. Good location, good service. Never had an issue. I will say I think their prices are slightly higher than other shops.

After 3 hours my Truck was ready, then they said Coupon was not Good for those tires (Bait & Switch?) Settled for 2 free mounts. 1 week earlier, up the road 60+ miles I had a BlowOut & had that tire replaced after a Tow Job into PepBoys. This was a 4 New Tires Purchase. After the 3 hour & 1 hour travel time, noticed a misbalance problem along with a new tire mounted as a Spare which Was FLAT. Another hour round trip to get problem fixed. Accepted that my Shocks were causing the problem (bouncy ride) I dropped the Spare on a hunch after getting home & Lo & Behold I noticed a new Valve Stem for the New Tire which had been Flat, But No Weights for a Balanced Tire. called & was told to bring it in & they would balance the Spare. I said are you Crazy & wanted a Refund. Looks like I got the Refund for a balancing of 1 Tire. After over 2+ hours of Travel time & 4 hours of waiting. NEVER NEVER AGAIN will I deal with PepBoys.
