I brought my 2025 Chrysler Pacifica into Tire Kingdom in Coral Springs Florida The manager there is Ray I told him I am loosing air out of the rear Left tire. He got into the shop as quick as he could and he told me there was only one person in front of me . I said fine. He found the problem and there was a nail stuck in the tire and he told me how much it would be to fix it and I said fine. From time I arrived to when the job was finished was there one hour. My son used another dealer to have a tired fixed in Coral Springs Florida and it took them 5 hours to fix the problem. Have been dealing with Tire Kingdom when I first moved to Coral Springs and I lived there for 28 years and I still use them but now I live in Boca Raton Florida. The service was poor. We came right when it opened, and we still had to wait and wait to get service, and when we finally did, the worker was not respectful, brushing us off and the one machine we needed, to fix a hole in our tire was broken. This place has no value to their possible customers. I ended up coming a second time to see if they got the machine finally working and I told them about their last employee who was disrespectful, and they guy I actually needed help from just sent a different guy to tell me that he can't help me. Came on Monday to patch my tire pump broke after an hour when I was there 1st thing in the morning and had an appointment. Scheduled appt to have front brakes and rotors installed online. They called me the day of my appt asking me to come early. I mention on the phone that I have my own brakes and rotors that need installed. They voiced understanding. I drive to the shop early and then am told they can't install my provided brakes and rotors (which are brand new from Summit racing and fit the vehicle). They then try to sell me their own brakes and rotors as if I was going to go along with that! Don't mind that they couldn't do it, just mind they said they could on the phone and wasted my time driving over there only to have them try to upsell me to make money on parts. I was made an appointment here by Goodyear to have a set of tires looked at for premature wear. We were early and they looked at the car, we waited patiently, until he called me. He explained that Goodyear offered to pay 35% of the cost of new tires and the recommended Sumitomo's were $800 installed. HE then recommended a Michelin for $1000. We asked if there was room for negotiation, as the offer was not the proper pro-rate for the wear. He said call Goodyear. I did, and boy oh boy, was that guy wrong. Turns out I had to pay 35% and they had to use the same Kelly tire. So the not so local Goodyear owned store is doing the tires tomorrow for $321. While its possible that he was confused, it played like a scam. Based on your other reviews, id recommend going anywhere else. read more

I got a nail in one of my tires and took my car there on a Saturday afternoon. First, the gentleman who attended me, instead of being nice asking what my problem was and how he could help me, greeted me with a dry and rude attitude telling me my car wasn't going to be ready until 5. I got there about 2:30. They told me that I would have to get a new tire because the hole was too big to patch it. I sent a picture of the tire to my friend who's a mechanic, and he told me that was bs that the tire could have easily been patched. I took the tire with me and patched it at another local tire shop. I don't like to feel like I have been scammed, even if it's for a few dollars. If I call in to get pricing and I am told $131-$25 out the door that's what I expect to be charged when I am leaving. I was charged an additional $142.65. When I set up the reservation, I was charged $25 as a deposit & told it will go towards the $131 balance. The prices are not matching up. When I arrived at the appointment, the tire was not there so I was asked to leave the car. I was called back to pick the car up rather quickly, around 1.5-2hrs. My biggest complaint, if a customer is quoted a price and told that's the price WALKING OUT THE DOOR, that's WHAT'S EXPECTED. Total invoice was $167.65. Original cost of tire $145.99-$14.74 discount, $20.99 labor, $.99 added for a Balance package, $3.50 for recycling charge. There's a miscellaneous amount for $1. $25(deposit) deducted from $167.65, not $131. Basically I paid $25(deposit)+$142.65= $167.65. They just found a way to keep the $25 deposit and not put it towards the cost of the tire, from what I see. If I was quoted the $167.65, I wouldn't be upset because I would have been able to make a conscious decision based off honesty. Misleading your customers makes it hard on your employees that are trying to do a great job. If I recommended this business, I will tell the person to make sure they look out for extra charges and not take the price given by the phone rep as an honest expectation. I was so pleased with the speed of my oil change till I got home and guess what? Some of the items listed to be done for a conventional oil change were "NOT" completed. My service was to have a tire rotation, washer fluid top off, visual brake inspection and battery check done. I had marked on my tires the positions they were in prior to going in for the oil change, and that service was not completed. Nor was the fluid top off done. As for the battery and brake check, who knows if it was done. I would suspect not! The last time I had my vehicle serviced at Toyota, they stated that it was time to service my brakes. Absolutely Terrible customer service I believe I got new tires a year and half ago. So today I was at work and noticed my truck leaning towards one side which my tire was flat. Went here for help which they said you need to comeback in a rude way without telling me they can put air in. Terrible , I tire shop that can't mount and balance tires. Bought new tires paid for "professional mount and balance" none were balanced came back sat for an hour while they "fixed " the issue. Still not balanced. 3rd trip they said i need to leave the truck to get this done. So i will go pay someone more capable to do what i paid to have done here . Will NOT e back . Cant even drive my truck (which has 20k miles almost brand new) on the highway the balance is so out of whack on these tires. Terrible read more

Horrible experience!! If your a woman who does not know about cars DO NOT COME HERE!! They took complete advantage of me yesterday. I went in to have my rim replaced. I bought a new rim and it was somehow missing the sensor and universal band, this is just one rim, so we were going to use the sensor from the old rim but the band needed to be cut to take it off. I was then going to need 1 universal band and I was told and agreed to pay the $65.00 for it. Something didn't sit with me right afterwards and I looked up prices for a universal band kit, they sell for $15.00 dollars everywhere else. I already had a working sensor so this was just a metal band to hold it. Not all Tire Kingdoms are managed and ran the same way. I've had negative experiences at other locations but I must give credit where credit is due, these guys are good. I visited this location a few weeks back for new tires and an alignment package too. After some long-distance driving, I decided to take my vehicle in for another alignment. Rather than coming here, I went to a different location which was closer to my office and they did nothing. Literally. I just left them my car for the day and it wasn't touched. (separate 1-star review online) Long story short, I brought my car back here and they finished the alignment in under an hour. PS - Aside from my car driving much better than before, my dashcam proves that they did indeed perform the services and road tested the vehicle too. She returned and told them about the shaking and they said they rebalanced them tires. Nope only worse. She took it to Lexus who balanced them and the car was back to riding perfectly. I have been very much disrespected at the Tire Kingdom (8181) on Whiles Rd in Coral Springs. The Manager refused to change the oil in my car. His rational is that my car is smoking which is a big fat Lie. The car is running absolutely clean- no smoking at all. To be honest it's not my first time having issues with this Service Station and the person up-front taking Service Order. My Neighbor too have had similar issues with this same Tire Kingdom and the person at the front Desk taking order. We don't need people like him dealing with Customer service. Horrible experience. I had a screw in my tire and I wanted to be safe so I stopped by Tire Kingdom. I was leery because of other bad review but I figured it was only a plug. The tire was not losing but I figured I should have it looked at by an expert, unfortunately, there were none here. The sales rep looked at the tire and said no problem we can plug it. A few minutes later he came out and said they tore the tire. I went back and talked to the technician, Ivan, he said that the run flat tires cannot be plugged but he tried anyway. These are tire experts? The manager, Denny, came out and said it is not his fault and I have to get the car out of there at my expense. Eventually, he gave me a used tire and refused to pay for a new one even though they knew they could not fix it to start with. The service manager, Denny, was rude and blew me off. Told me it was not his problem and leave. I am waiting on the dealer to get me a new tire and filing with BBB. I will also be looking into small claim court strictly on principle and the way I was treated. Stay away. Nothing but trouble. read more
