We had a battery that wouldn't charge: Julian took over, charged the battery, explained his findings and our options and then let us make a decision without pressure. We chose to replace the battery, and, again, Julian explained Autozone policies and promotions, did not try to upsell or force us to rush our decision. Tonight I was verbally abused for about half an hour by two men in front of store employees who did nothing. Several other customers were appalled and told then to knock it off. Then when the employee took their side when I was finally at the register the employee, who was named Marcus, yelled at me. Fortunately I was able to get my parts and some of the customers who heard the guys insulting and cussing me helped me put them in. Not a safe space for any woman to buy parts. Would give 0 stars if I could. Go elsewhere unless you are a fan of abuse of women. This store is not safe for women! read more

Watch out female customers!!! They will take every money u have!! I went in for some regular spark plugs for my honda civic. Which would be $2-$3 each. And the guy "sergio" charged me for some spark plugs that came out to $60!!!!! I told him you better put that back cause I know they're cheaper than that! Then he made some excuse like he wasn't sure what I was talking about then was like "OHHH you're talking about the copper ones"... Smh!! Then he without telling me charged me for some anti seize that I didn't need!!!! I didn't realize it till I got home. That is so wrong!! I guess I just became a victim of being hustled!!!! read more

The products are great. But it looks like a bunch of cocky kids working there. I've been a mechanic for longer than they've been alive, yet they treat me and look at me like I'm not even they're equal --disrespectful! I'm not gonna deal with that kinda stuff. I work hard for my money and I'm not gonna give it away to support some kids who need an attitude adjustment.
