O'Reilly Auto Parts Discrimination is not something that I call I never use being a woman as an excuse but this was down right Discrimination I never have a problem with anyone saying anything about a mask to me I put one on to go into OReilly I walk in with it on with it below my nose The employee Kevin said Your mask needs above your nose I put it above my nose not saying a word. BUT Then a man walks in with a mask just like I did. I was waiting for this guy to say something Nope! So I said so why is it I had to pull my mask up and this gentleman that he is waiting on doesn't The gentleman goes because they have a power trip and I've already told them they're not gonna tell me how to wear my mask I said that's exactly right it's a power trip and you're a man and I'm a woman and that's why they think they can get away with it I asked for the employees name and Julian the one that was helping me said look on his shirt I said no write it down and give me your store number he said it's on his shirt I said are you refusing to give me on paper this employees name He wrote it down to disrespectful young men Julian and power trip Kevin didn't have the balls to tell an older man or to enforce their mask rule but he wanted to play the big man power trip with a woman. wrong woman You bet your ass corporate will be hearing from me I don't play that bullshit I have never given anyone any employee especially a hard time about a mask but you're not gonna sit there and tell me to pull my mask up because I'm a woman but the man next to me gets to wear his mask down bullshit read more

I bought two 3 year batteries there in the past four years... each one lasted about two years!!!! When I returned the last one they tested it and said it was low.... DUH!!!! Then I was told they were going to charge it to see if it would hold a charge it would take a half hour or so ..... like I have time to stand around waiting for them to figure out it was no good. Well I left and bought a new battery elsewhere .... will never do business with O Reilly's again...... shredded my rewards card and I'm done with this company. Sold part, never opened box and went to return 24 hours later. Was told by a manager that fine print on receipt nulls returns, but that person who sold it to me was known for breaking store policy and not warning customers because they get paid commissions on sales. Even though they admitted they were in the wrong still said they could not give me a return. I suggest you go somewhere else. read more

O'Reilly's auto parts has a variety of Wonderful parts for your car and accessories.....If you know how to find the parts yourself. The staff there is lazy and don't try their best to help you find the part you need. I've gone in there countless times to hear the phrase "I think it's this part" followed by them typing away at their keyboard trying to seem knowledgeable. I'd give this place one star if it wasn't for the ONE helpful guy there who I only see to get my parts from, keep it up George! All in all go to a different store or shop at AutoZone for better help. read more
