It's hard to judge by what they do, which is change the oil. I always walk around the store while they do the oil change. So I'm always a sucker for spending money on things that are clearance. Especially toys since I use the clearance toys to give them away during Halloween for the kids that have allergies and can't have candy. I decided to forgo the toothbrushes and penny. Since everyone does that. I want to have toys that they can have. Back to the oil change. Good thing they give you a sticker that tracks when you go and get an oil change. So they have your info in the computer. They know the grade and how much it will take for the oil change. If my car breaks down because it doesn't have enough oil I know who didn't put enough in. Found out the next day while driving down i-64 and the skid plate started scraping down the highway. We now have to zip tie this kid plate whenever oil changing because they won't replace it. Next time went back bought four tires, one of the tires filled within one week and they had to replace that. Gave them a third chance, had another oil change the next day airbag sensor started going off in the car. Took it back up, was told they don't do anything with airbag sensors and that we had to have a faulty sensor replace somewhere else. Three strikes in your out. I will never take anything to Walmart to be worked on again.

I drove the vehicle around for an hours hoping the alternator would charge the battery. When I turned off the car it wouldn't start again. The young man inside explained they were not allowed to change the battery because of liability issues. The next morning one of the gentlemen came out and assisted me with changing the battery when I got stuck a few times. If you have any simple vehicle issues I would strongly recommend them as your first stop.

(Admittedly, months later, as weather was bad, and receipt was long gone) I went back, intending to get credit on a more expensive set of cables, but the store would do nothing! I said "So you don't stand behind what you sell, at all?" And the manager just shrugged! Other than that, store is ok, nothing to write home about. They stock a bunch of car stuff - probably will have what you need. They did come out to parking lot and install a battery. (I just hope it makes it through the winter!)

The store staff was quick to assist me in what I was looking for and very knowledgeable in the products they sell. This isn't always the case with auto parts stores but a major plus at this location! I normally buy most of my OEM replacement parts through Advance online using a discount code and pickup in store. It's typically the fastest way to get your parts if you know what you need and know the specs of your vehicle. List price almost $600 for each side. Dealer estimate was over $2000 to repair. Non dealer estimates were $1200, $1500 & $1700. These guys came to me the next morning, 2 guys did it in less than 2 hours, replaced the plastic part with a machined aluminum part and charged less than $500 (credit card price was a little more). I feel Blessed my son found them. Guys were friendly and professional. They get my highest recommendation.
