I called Bardstown auto wrecking to find an hard to find much needed part for my xuv not only did they have it but they also communicated with me multiple times to make sure not only it was what I was looking for but that I would get something that functioned. The shipping was superb better than you would find in major retail stores the item was packed with babble wrap and shredded paper. It was ordered mid weds morning and I received it first thing Friday morning even before I opened up my office. Then to make it even better I called them just to show my appreciation and thank them for their care, courteousness, speed and talking with me numerous times and they were sincerely appreciative for my appreciation. They are now my go to for whatever parts I can get from them.

This company sold my daughter and son in law parts to rebuild their 2021 Wagoner, almost $4000.00…read moredollars only to find out that the computer could not be configured for the parts after he had already replaced the parts. They have not offered any kind of reimbursement. Now they are going to have to pay another $1600.00 in parts so the computer can be configured correctly. This vehicle has now been out of service for almost 9 months. This is ridiculous, especially since they do not have money like this to throw away.
