I drove the vehicle around for an hours hoping the alternator would charge the battery. When I turned off the car it wouldn't start again. The young man inside explained they were not allowed to change the battery because of liability issues. The next morning one of the gentlemen came out and assisted me with changing the battery when I got stuck a few times. If you have any simple vehicle issues I would strongly recommend them as your first stop.

My neighbor's cables, more heavy duty, work immediately! Fair enough! (Admittedly, months later, as weather was bad, and receipt was long gone) I went back, intending to get credit on a more expensive set of cables, but the store would do nothing! I said "So you don't stand behind what you sell, at all?" And the manager just shrugged! Other than that, store is ok, nothing to write home about. They stock a bunch of car stuff - probably will have what you need. They did come out to parking lot and install a battery. (I just hope it makes it through the winter!)

I took my truck in on Saturday 7/11/26 with an appointment time for 10am. They did not even pull my…read moretruck into the bay until 11:23am. I overheard employees talking/complaining about my truck as it is a dually and requires a dismount and remount to rotate and balance the tires. I know it is a lot more work than a normal 4-wheel vehicle. However, I purchased these tires at this location with the free rotate and balance included. I told the employees if they couldn't do it to tell me and I would gladly take it somewhere else. They reassured me they could do it. They done it with one floor jack and jackstands. I got home and realized they gouged both outside back rims with the tire changing tool. I called back up to the store the manager Christina Thomas would NOT get on the phone with me. The other young guy working the desk asked me to bring the truck back up so they could see it. I walked into the office and waited patiently for Ms. Thomas to finish with the customer she was dealing with at that moment. When she finally did she did not address me did not look at me nothing. Told the other guy to "go get Wes and look at this lady's truck and take pictures for her." So I walked outside Wes and 3-4 other employees came out to look at the damage and take photos, While Ms. Thomas stood in the shop smoking her cigarette and flicking her butts out into the parking lot. Wes was professional as was all the guys that looked at it. I understand he was not the person to deal with customer complaints. The manager would not come out and talk to me or my husband during the whole ordeal. So, I politely let Wes know that his manager is not a manager at all. That we have been coming to this particular location for decades and this appointment was complete garbage from the very beginning. They damaged my 2024 F-350 dually truck rims and that i expect for Big O to make it absolutely right. He agreed and assured me that they would. We will see because as of noon today 7/13/2026 the manager still refuses to get on the phone with me.

They tried to claim the paint did not match "Bull". This is a Bad business, bad mechanic and bad Manager. There was only one customer in there and he was getting ready to leave when the employee started talking to him. The employee, Leroy, is one of the managers but he did not even have the courtesy to tell me, "I'll be right with you." I waited for a few minutes while he continued chatting to this customer. Finally, I said that I had to go to work so the customer cordially left but Leroy got upset and accused me of not being patient and how important the other customer was because of the amount of money he spends and so on. I was utterly SHOCKED! I have never been treated so disrespectfully. This guy is a manager and he is behaving like a totally arrogant, spoiled brat. He lost a customer, me.

As soon as the following day and after watching the ground after the car was parked, it was obvious this wasn't the case. We took my son's car to Medley's and they found the root cause to the issue. My husband has shared multiple times with people his disappointment in Meineke and that our money was wasted there. I can't imagine we'd come back after this experience or recommend them to someone asking for a car service provider.

Floor board soaking wet on passenger side, clean water. I do not expect to see any dye in the system when I return tomorrow. I wonder if they even changed the compressor and condenser or the expansion valves, or if they just recharged the system? When you can't put the Schrader valve caps back on or take a few minutes to unclog the A/C drain, it's difficult to trust you did anything else.

I was told the replacement might take 2-3 days due to high demand, but it actually arrived the very next day and was installed promptly. Just two days later, I found a screw in one of my own tires and headed straight back. Aiden, who had helped me before, was there again and got my car in immediately. This time, they were able to patch the tire and had me back on the road quickly. The team at this Discount Tire is efficient, professional, and consistently provides great service--we'll definitely keep coming back.

It only took them 45 mins to do everything and while they worked on my car I was able to go get some shopping done at the dollar general literally steps away. When j returned to the shop they advised me to get a new filter for my car and topped off all my fluid and tires just because. I love this place!!!
