I purchased the fuel pump and strainer listed for my car from James Bamburg. It required splicing in a new pigtail and that was more complicated than I cared to do. I picked everything up from the benton rd store. I unfortunately had to return the pump because of the pigtail thing. Lenin looked at the old fuel pump (original toyota part) and cross referenced that factory part number and told me he found the part at autozone. I promptly said no. He showed me the spade terminals in the picture as compared to the one off my car. I asked him to please contact oreillys across the street to see if they had it in stock. They did so I purchased it there since the one you could get would have to come from longview and would not be there till 3pm today. I really appreciate Lenin going above and beyond in helping me get the correct part as my car was in pieces in my front yard. For a new employee he is doing very well in customer service. I called and thanked him today and said Ill be a return customer. Little did I know it would be today. 5-6 I needed a couple of parts for my lawnmower and oil & filter for my car. 8/14/2026 I had service done to my 2008 Lincoln Navigator. I had the main heater hose and smaller…read moreheater hose replaced. Parts and labor close to $3000. Before the work was completed I specifically reminded the service manager Jacob that my vehicle requires Motorcraft Gold Premium Concentrate. 3 gallons of Motorcraft Gold, and 3 gallon of distilled water. It's never recommended to use tap water because of the minerals, overtime minerals will clog the radiator. Jacob told me he put green coolant to test the leak before the repairs. I told Jacob that's cross contamination mixing green with gold coolant. When the repairs were done I pick up my vehicle on 8/14/2026 then over the weekend I happen to check my coolant reservoir. It was top off with green coolant, that was all you could see in the reservoir. The following Monday, I called Jacob, and requested he corrected his mistake. He didn't see the harm he done, the next day 8/18/2026 I returned my vehicle to have the contaminated coolant flushed out. After complaining to corporate about Jacob's mistake and the inconvenience using Lyft. Corporate told me that I would be reimbursed for the out of pocket expenses using Lyft. It took them 3 days to flush my coolant, they told me my truck was ready around noon. I informed them I'll pick it up after work. Around 8:30 pm I arrived at Pepboys, and noticed I didn't see my truck. The Lyft driver took a call for another rider and I was left stranded after seeing they locked my truck back in their own shop. I had to wait on another Lyft ride to get home. The following morning before work I took another Lyft to picked up my vehicle. I never received reimbursement for my inconvenience using Lyft. 1-800-737-2697 is only a call center. All of the complaints I made about Jacob there were no escalation. They forwarded all of my complaints to the main one I was complaining about Jacob. Then the audacity of Jacob confronting me about the complaints I made of him just very unprofessional.

When confronted Kittler insist these are better and refused to give my original heads back. Also paid for piston rings to be file fitted but when my wife picked them up and brought them home I found that the box was still sealed in original packing. I would strongly recommend anyone to go elsewhere. It says I have to leave a star to leave my review, but they deserve no stars only thumbs down!

Nope said one thing took my money and no return calls nothing. Told I needed new seal for my shell, they put it on but didn't test if it worked for the leak I had. I'm down the road it's raining my truck inside bed is just drenched. I call no calls back they pawned me off someone else. I offered to split the bill. No call back nothing. Turns out what was leaking was the window seal. I bought silicone and sealed them and no issues. Not to say I didn't need new seal for shell but they didn't fix what I came in for! They saw away to make $200. and didn't care if they fixed the issue. They didn't test the shell with water to see if that was the issue. They didn't help they just took the money like thief's.
