I purchased the fuel pump and strainer listed for my car from James Bamburg. It required splicing in a new pigtail and that was more complicated than I cared to do. I picked everything up from the benton rd store. I unfortunately had to return the pump because of the pigtail thing. Lenin looked at the old fuel pump (original toyota part) and cross referenced that factory part number and told me he found the part at autozone. I promptly said no. He showed me the spade terminals in the picture as compared to the one off my car. I asked him to please contact oreillys across the street to see if they had it in stock. They did so I purchased it there since the one you could get would have to come from longview and would not be there till 3pm today. I really appreciate Lenin going above and beyond in helping me get the correct part as my car was in pieces in my front yard. For a new employee he is doing very well in customer service. I called and thanked him today and said Ill be a return customer. Little did I know it would be today. 5-6 I needed a couple of parts for my lawnmower and oil & filter for my car. At the 9:34 minute point I hung up and immediately called back. A man picked up after the first ring. The old lady had no intention of coming back to the phone, and that's not how you treat anyone let alone a customer. Hopefully she can find another place of employment that best suits her character, as in one that doesn't deal with human interaction at all.

The alignment itself was completed properly, and the first technician did his job well. However, after my car had already been removed from the garage and the technician went to lunch, things became uncomfortable and concerning. I was then asked if I wanted a tire rotation for an additional $10, even though I had already said "if needed." I agreed, trusting their judgment. At that point, only two employees were present--one at the desk and one in the shop. My vehicle was brought back into the garage. While I was watching through the courtesy window, a technician raised a large toolbox lid directly in front of my face, completely blocking my view, and never returned to that toolbox. I found this behavior rude and unnecessary. When I mentioned it to the desk associate, my concern was dismissed. Afterward, while paying, I was told my hub bearings were failing and was handed a quote for over $1,000, with pressure to have it done immediately. Given the timing, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior after my original service was already completed, the situation felt fishy and left me uncomfortable and distrustful. The alignment itself was fine, but the events that followed made me feel taken advantage of. I will not be returning.

Just want to share our experience with Kittler's / AMS…read more We took in small chambered heads to be ported and polished and got large chambered heads back. When confronted Kittler insist these are better and refused to give my original heads back. Also paid for piston rings to be file fitted but when my wife picked them up and brought them home I found that the box was still sealed in original packing. I would strongly recommend anyone to go elsewhere. It says I have to leave a star to leave my review, but they deserve no stars only thumbs down!

Nope said one thing took my money and no return calls nothing. Told I needed new seal for my shell, they put it on but didn't test if it worked for the leak I had. I'm down the road it's raining my truck inside bed is just drenched. I call no calls back they pawned me off someone else. I offered to split the bill. No call back nothing. Turns out what was leaking was the window seal. I bought silicone and sealed them and no issues. Not to say I didn't need new seal for shell but they didn't fix what I came in for! They saw away to make $200. and didn't care if they fixed the issue. They didn't test the shell with water to see if that was the issue. They didn't help they just took the money like thief's.
