    They to refuse to make a refund on parts that in other store gave me wrong. They were very rude.

Awful experience ****They sell you DEFECTIVE MOTORS and STEAL your MONEY!!**** Bought motor on 03-20-2026 for 2005 Chevrolet Colorado for $1899.00 For April 2nd 2026 we received an email stating that their mechanic was pulling said motor and "inspecting it" and waiting to be shipped. April 13, 2026 it schedule for pick up from carrier and shipped. We received the motor on April 16, for our truck. (**** ELEVEN DAYS ****) On April 30, 2026 our mechanic called us and said the motor was not operational. It was making KNOCKING noises. We contacted the seller and we sent video of the situation. They told us in an email that that our warranty is outside the 30 day time frame. Mind you our paper work says 3 year warranty!! How can we have 30 days when we didn't even get the motor till April 16th. How can you start a warranty on something you haven't even received. That means you only have from the time of delivery till the warranty clears in NOT 30 days. we had exactly 11 days to the 30 time frame of the so called warranty to install". They start a warranty BEFORE you even receive product!! How!?!? They shouldn't be able to operate a business like this and take peoples hard earned money! Motor was bought for son who is just starting off. And they basically gave us JUNK! Shame on them! They weren't even willing to help with anything else. Just take our money. I seriously wish my husband had read the reviews prior to the purchase! They claim they Test all their motors. But when it doesn't work they tell you you have to add all these other parts to it. Motor was KNOCKING at INSTALLATION!! Why am i spending money for extra stuff if it was supposed to be a working motor? They're site says "Top quality used Engines" total lie.. With all of these god awful Reviews I'm not sure how they are still in business. I have left a Review with the BBB and the Florida Attorney General office. I am waiting on a reply.
