I did figure out where and how to get to the bulb, however 2 of the screws were wound so tight I could not get them to budge. I ran back up to Napa Auto Parts too see if they would assist me and to buy oil for the car. One man informed me that they just sold parts and could not help me. As I was purchasing the oil this young thang said he would help me. I was so relieved because I did not have much time and I was thankful for his time. Did not take him long at all to fill the oil and change the bulb. I tried to tip him and he refused. He was a complete gentleman and was so impressed with him.

Guy was surprised i haven't had a serious accident! One of the knot bolts fell off from my caliper housing. O_o no biggie, got a kit for $12 with multiple parts, easy peasy fix and i properly tighten it this time. I noticed that while unscrewing u don't really need two tools. So i used pliers and a wrench and gave it a good loving. Walked out with a single use goop wipes also. Thing removed the hell outa my oil and gunk off my hands and tools like its only mission was "eradicate oil!" I always come back to them. Staff is always helpful and informative.

I asked why so much; the service manager told me it was because the oil was synthetic.... I was never asked what type of oil I want. I sure as heck wouldn't have asked for synthetic oil. While I was there, I overheard the service manager quote a lady $777.00 for a new alternator for her Nissan Altima; he had just finished telling her that he receives a commission on what he sells. I just finished replacing a catalytic converter on a 2018 Nissan Altima, and in my opinion, that job should be far cheaper than the quoted price. Mavis just lost my wife and me as customers. We had nothing but praise for the work we had done in the past. Never again will we use Mavis. The store is very close to our home; it was convenient for us. Not anymore!

They'll call you cheap and tell you nothing beats OEM parts. This dealership is the final nail in the coffin in why I'll stay away from ANY dealership in the Ferman group.

I am writing this review based on a recent, disappointing experience with Leisure Automotive. He claimed I "won the lottery" because there was supposedly no engine damage, despite the fact that a belt failure on a Honda V6 almost always results in the valves hitting the pistons. Being skeptical, I performed my own inspection. I had personally installed a new OEM Honda timing belt only four months ago and was confident in the work. When I pulled the top timing cover, I found the belt I installed was still perfectly intact. There was no evidence of a snapped belt, a seized water pump, or a failed pulley. I was charged over $1,100 for a timing belt replacement that clearly didn't happen. Based on the symptoms, I believe the actual issue was a simple fuel pump fuse--a repair that should have cost less than $200, including diagnostics. I have recommended Leasure automotive to over 100 people over the last 20 years because I believed he was honest and above board. I actually started working on my own cars in 1979 specifically because a mechanic ripped me off back then; it is a shame to see a shop I trusted for so long compromise their integrity like this. I am sharing this so others can be aware of my personal experience.
