Outstanding service, another shop told me I need $2500 in repair, which seemed absurd, I took it to…read moreStuarts and he fixed it up with everything needed for $350.

I just had my car Mercedes Benz C240 serviced, it took 2 weeks because the Part store send the…read morewrong parts via mail. which was understandable. My Concern began when the mechanic called me and said that there seem to be no problem with the car starting and had he started it many time prior to calling me. Myself and another mechanic who wasn't able to fix the issue. Explained to Mr. Stuart the issue and the symptoms over the phone, prior to me bringing the car. (Mechanic to Mechanic.) and I had also had two diagnostic test days before and the same issue came up.. Mr. Stuart fixed the major issue with the car. (which I was grateful for and also at a nice discount) but when i stated that I didn't want to pay for a new battery. his attitude changed did sound happy about that and stated he would have to charge me 1/2 hour work $85 to remove the battery (2 screws and removal of Neg, Pos. wire and reinserting my battery in which i said fine. Now once i get my car take it home. as i went to look at my engine i noticed that the Auxiliary Water pump was no longer there as well as the hose was just hanging there.. I know it was there prior to my taking my car to the shop.. upon call Mr. Stuart and asking him about the pump.. he states " it don't know what happened to it it may have fallen into the engine area.. I feel it had to be taken off on purpose because if it broke off it would still be attached to the clamped hose. Well I have pictures of the car engine prior to me taking the car and you can clearly see the pump.. and if your a mechanic and you saw it he should have told me, just so happens they cost the same price as a new battery.. this is just a warning to be careful ..this is not going to sit well with me and may have to take legal action, and some BBB reporting as well. This is by far the best service department that I have ever visited. I recently moved from Denver…read moreto Clearwater Beach and following the move I had problems with both the battery and a fluid leak on my Volvo XC40. The customer service agent that I worked with was Jacqueline Gall, she was professional and was timely with updates. They offered a loaner car and the turnaround on the repair was wonderful. I had purchased a Mini Cooper from Ferman years ago and the service department was wonderful then, and so when looking for a Volvo dealership to diagnose and fix my Volvo I went with a dealership I knew.. and I am so very glad that I did. Thank you you will always have my business when I am in Florida.

To say I'm extremely frustrated is an understatement. Bought a certified pre owned car with 62k…read moremiles on it. They never changed the transmission fluid in the car. Should've been changed at 60k. When I called I was told "we aren't required to do that". WHAT. You mean you're going to sell me a certified pre owned car and not do the proper inspection and maintenance? That's actually insane. But to add to that. A month after driving off with the car I was getting transmission error signs and losing power steering. Brought the car to another dealer that was local and they said it was a recall and reset the computer system. Cool. Well the problem continued to get worse, I took it back to my local dealer and was told that the Manual dual clutch fluid had over 2 quarts missing!!! What reputable dealer sells a car like this? Another problem, which is so minuscule compared to the clutch/transmission problem was that the actuator on the gas door kept sticking and we had to rip it out and replace it. Don't buy a preowned car here without forcing them to do the damn inspection directly in front of you and force them to do the maintenance. Clearly they don't actually inspect the vehicle, they just give it a good wash and say "it looks like new! You should buy it!". The only reason I put 2 stars is because the gentleman that sold me the car was lovely and very nice. But I would not trust their service department. What a joke.... I bought certified pre owned because they are supposed make sure the car has all the proper maintenance done before you sell it. That is bad business and taking advantage of people. I expect better from Ferman and will never buy another car from them.
