I just visited this morning in order to buy struts for my car. The associate there searched up…read morestruts for a Honda accord, which is the make and model of the car I own, but proceeded to put "don't know" for the questions the system asked. I told the associate that I knew that information and told it to him. He put in what I knew, but the system asked more questions. Instead of asking me the answers to those questions, he again, proceeded to do the same thing. I told the associate the answers to the questions he skipped, but he ignored me and just showed me the struts on his computer screen. I let it slide because maybe those question's answers are the same for all of the cars with the same make and model. I went to my mechanic and delivered the parts and car and left. Later in the day he calls me and tells me the associate gave me the wrong struts. He told me the associate gave me struts for a 4 door car not a 2 door. I normally don't like leaving reviews, even in worst case scenarios, but most of the time this stuff happens by accident. Unfortunately, this was no accident as it was just the associate being lazy. I will return again in order to get the correct struts and hopefully not return again for the same situation. I love getting parts there so I hope we wont get this problem again. Thank you.

They found me a new tire and quoted me a price on all the repairs today. I had to go back a couple hours later when the tire got delivered, but I used their iPhone app to get a $25 off $100 discount! Busy is understandable, but just plain silence likely means you wouldn't render adequate service anyway. If you're so busy you can't keep up, hire more people. If you can't hire more people, then you're just doing business wrong. If this review prompts an owner response, my only question is why did this matter more than my initial inquiry?
