We called Aamco and they towed it to their garage and diagnosed what was wrong all within 48 hours (ford focus=transmission issues)!! Ive got really bad anxiety but the service rep at the front, Heather , specifically made my car break down like a million times easier than it would have been anywhere else. She was so professional, helpful, empathetic , calm and collected and we made a game plan of what all my options were and she made everything that was going on make sense. Terry got a quote for the work together, and had the work completed the next day. After driving the truck for a few days, I was disappointed to see the engine light come back on. I was worried it might be the same problem with the transmission as before. Dropped by Terry's shop and they read the engine code for free. I was happy to see it was an unrelated problem. Terry also took the time to explain a few things about the transmission to me. Overall the service was excellent and Terry and his staff are very knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't have problems again with my transmission, but if I do I'll take it to Terry's.
