Cashier/mechanic Josh rang up my order and politely promised to help me install my headlight if I patiently waited for him to ring up the other customers awaiting in line behind him, which I did. The other O'Reilly employee on-staff (Matt) eventually came out to help Josh, which moved things along a bit faster. Before I knew it, I was back upon the road and on my way to my next mobile massage appointment. Both Josh and Matt were quite friendly and very fast to come to my aid! Long story short, he found a new one (preferred for this age of car with a turbo) close to the used priced and could have it the next day. I was schedule to leave to go there to see my daughter play in a volleyball match around 2pm so was worried about the arrival time. Lewisvillle called me at 9:00am and said they had the radiator. They saved the day and now the shop in a Banner Elk has their contact information to order parts.

It's a complete setup designed to keep draining money from you with zero intention of ever delivering anything. Nobody should EVER use this company. Do not buy from them. Do not send them money. The issues started upon placing the order, as I received an email confirmation saying my order would ship soon. The "soon" was well over a week, and I reached out to find out when exactly it would ship. I was told "the next day," but it took about three extra days to actually ship. The shipping debacle aside, when I received the key, the quality was representative of the quality of service (not good). I decided not to use it and even considered returning it. However, upon reaching out to their customer service to ask if I could start a return, they wouldn't answer whether I had to cover shipping nor mentioned they would take a 30% restocking fee (only on some orders though). I kindly wrote back that I felt the key was of poor quality and wanted a full refund; however, they simply stopped replying. I decided to cancel the return at this point. While I understand it is a busy time of year and they may be plagued by staffing or other issues, that is no excuse to take almost 40 dollars for a returned item!
