Purchased a new Buick this week. Had a good experience. I stopped by on Saturday (one day before the blizzard of 2026). I was assisted by Randy Williams who was professional and patient while understanding my hopes for a good value and successful transaction. After a little back and forth on trade in value and overall cost we agreed on a deal. I signed the paperwork and met with the finance manager where I was presented with extended warranty options which I declined. This whole transaction from inquiry, test drive, a little banter and bartering took about 4 hours. Though they offered to let me take delivery I elected to wait until after the blizzard since my new SUV was safe inside the showroom. I returned yesterday (Wednesday) and exchanged vehicles. Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience. Our experience with this dealership was deeply disappointing and highlights exactly why so many consumers prefer to purchase vehicles online rather than deal with misleading, unprofessional & downright deceitful sales people. We visited the dealership in late September to purchase a 2025 Hummer. After test driving the vehicle and completing a credit application, we decided to review the lease terms overnight. The following day, the finance manager, Ken, called to discuss the final numbers & approval. Although the payment was slightly higher than expected, we agreed to move forward. I provided a deposit over the phone and confirmed we'd arrive within the hour to complete paperwork. However, while driving to the dealership, the salesperson called to inform us that another buyer had supposedly placed a deposit on the same vehicle earlier in the day--and he didn't know about it. The situation immediately felt questionable & weird, but we chose to move on. Weeks later, while searching for another Hummer, we discovered the exact same vehicle still listed for sale on their website. To verify, I inquired through a different email and received confirmation that it was indeed available. When I reached out to both Ken and the salesperson for clarification, neither responded to my calls, texts, or emails. This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable in any business, let alone in high-value transactions; where credit inquiries & financials are required. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Transparency and integrity are clearly not part of their business model. You make appt for oil change, charge was around $80 after completing form online. On completion they brought a $283 bill, I refused to pay, they ask how much mercedes charges, and they charge me $179, this is second time, they are scammers, always take screenshots of online form of quote. read more

Paid $5,421 for premium extended warranty. Fuel pump needed to be replaced. My warranty includes a loaner car for up to 5 days if necessary. I was told they had NO loaner or rental cars available. Service advisor told me i could rent a car and warranty company would re-imburse me for the charges. Fuel pump was replaced and I picked up my truck on February 18th, 2025. I provided them with a detailed invoice from Enterprise car rental on February 18th, 2025. Today is March 21st, 2025 and I still have not been re-imbursed. I am not happy. read more

I spoke to a girl on the phone and asked if they negotiated off there online prices if we had cash. She obviously replied yes, but when we showed up there to look at a $26,900 car, it turns out their prices are the opposite of negotiable and we were told the car was actually 29,999 which IS EXACTLY WHAT THE RETAIL WINDOW STICKER SAID. We had about 95% of the cash to buy this car.. so we asked for a deal and the guy literally woudlnt budge off 30,000 so if you are looking for dealers .. these people don't deal THEY WASTE YOUR TIME. If you want to finance everything and give them 20% extra this is definitely the place for you.. feel free to respond to this too I'll defend this all day. My 07 Trailblazer is the only vehicle I have and everyone at Tasca treats my SUV like it was theirs. If your thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Tasca Buick GMC in Woonsocket RI with much caution refrain from going there. I bought my truck February 29,2016 (keep that in mind when I post photos, emails, service complaints and videos). They will sell you a lemon trucks ( GMC Terrain). My screen goes in and out, turns yellow or on and off when it wants. Backup screen stays on for minutes viewing cars behind me while in drive. The safety alert for car distance and switching lanes goes off when I'm in park or when nothing is infront of me. For instance I remember the sales rep using the remote starter and the engine sounding overly loud then drifted away. The sales rep told me it sounds different when using the remote starter(keep that in mind as you read) I told him are you sure that is not the exhaust?... he said oh no, it's fine. My truck went haywire within a week. Contacted the dealership within minutes of it happening and was given the run around. Then contacted through email to have a paper trail and was not answered. Only time they answered was to register my plates. Third day of driving my vehicle, I using the remote starter... I smelled gas which also turns on the heat. The smell would go away as I started to drive. Went back and told them, they basically told me it was in my head, that they did not smell it. Now come (April 2017) to find out my MagnaFlow exhaust has a crack. That was were the loud noise was coming from, the first day I bought my truck.... Which I complained about within days of purchasing the vehicle. As of now I have been going back and forth with the dealership and now with the headquarters of GMC. Your thinking did you buy warrant? I asked for warrant and the sales rep repeated to me that I had it. Now for what they put into the computer I have no control over that. They should of handle it when I complained about the situation with in days. The only good thing about GMC Woonsocket is Emile D. Which is a service front end worker, he is excellent at his job. I typically wait for him when I unfortunately have to enter that location. The gentleman with the glasses that your sale rep generally speaks with in the back office AVOID HIM he is no help. read more

Nightmare! Buyer Beware!!! Bought a 2013 Escalade (used) from Tasca. It's been a headache ever since. Paid $42,000 and they gave me a FKN 30 day warranty. Now, buying from a GMC dealer, and paying $42,000, I had confidence that it would be okay. They SCREWED Me. The dealer is over 3 hours from me. But I have my local Cadillac dealer here in my home town. No worries, right? Got it home and immediately had break problems. Within 4 days, took it in to my local dealer and the pwr steering pump was leaking right on my local dealer service floor. Then .. they found all 4 rotors rusted out! Rusted out on a vehicle that tasca has just slapped an inspection sticker on before I picked it up. WTF! That should be illegal. My breaks gave out on the highway and I had my vehicle towed in. So, it's covered right? You would think so. I had it fixed for about $4,000. And when I called Tasca. They denied the claim. 5 day's after purchase, they denied to cover it. Why? Get this: they told me that my local Cadillac dealer (whom I trust) was taking advantage of me. That my dealer was mad that they did not sell me the Escalade and they were trying to make a profit off of me. And they refused to pay unless I bring the car in, with th e old rotors back on it ... over 3 hours away. Did I mention that My Breaks Went out and it had to be towed in! Out of pure frustration, I walked away from it. Out $4,000. Then the headlight had condensation in it and blew the light. Obviously a defective seal. And that cost $1,250. For a freakn headlight kit. Then another bad headlight seal. And another $1,250 fix. Then ... the rear end of the Escalade starts swaying out of my lane on the highway. Take it In and now this: $4,000 in rear shocks, rear shock compressor and front shocks. That's $10,000 in repairs in less than 2 years. On a $42,000 vehicle !!! I highly recommend that you think twice before ever buying from Tasca. Putting an inspection sticker on a vehicle with rusted out rotors and calipers cutting into the break likes from all the rust ... should be illegal. Someone could have died. The owner of Tasca should be Ashamed of his business. I also highly recommend that anyone THINK TWICE before buying a Cadillac. Why do I say that? I have called them several times. Asking them to at least come to the table. Seeing all of the problems with this vehicle... and how much it cost me. And Cadillac offers me $100 voucher. And 10% off of the light replacement ($125). And the rest of the $10,000 is on me !!!! Suddenly, Tasca's lemon is my fault. As much as I would love to keep buying America luxury .. I am done. If you are only willing to stand behind a $42,000 vehicle for 30 days, and then deny responsibility even during that time. That's how I am thanked for buying my 3rd Cadillac and investing $150,000 into Cadillac over the last 10 years. I get the kick in the nuts. Cadillac has prove time and time again that they do NOT care about their customers. Saying you care does not mean a thing. Cadillac has been having issues with defective bad seal headlights on some of their vehicles for years. And what is their answer? You, the customer pay $1,250 to replace it each time. If I sold a $45,000 vehicle with all these issues, I would be in jail. Maybe the Tasca manager should be too If you think that I sound bitter, I do. It's not right. I don't think anyone, on good faith, buys a used vehicle for $42,000 and anticipates having to put $10,000 into repairs in less than 2 years. That's not cool at all. All I can do to fight back is keep posting everywhere I can. On all media levels that I can. Try to reach as many people as I can. Think Twice before Cadillac. There are other options. And avoid Tasca like the plague. read more

The BEST car buying experience I have ever had! My wife and I walked in here on Saturday to take a look at a GMC Terrain we saw online. The car was there, as described, ready to test drive. It all went well so we went inside to talk about the details. There was no pressure, there was no gimmicks, more importantly there was no BS. I am in finance and have bought several cars in the past, so I wrote on a piece of paper exactly what we were looking for. I purchased a truck in August. I questioned a claim in the ad that stated the truck had a feature I wanted. The salesman supposedly check to make sure it was a valid claim and assured me it was valid. After the purchase I checked with GMC and found the claim was not valid. The salesman claimed he was misled by his own ad. Tascam upgraded rear differential this week (10/19/16). I believe the salesman but I think the dealership knew abut the deception but figured no one would double check the ad. They have since changed the ad for similar trucks. Also closing the sale with Mike,the sales manager, we discussed a extended warranty. I asked if I purchased it then, if I could cancel after I had a chance to go through the paperwork. Mike said sure, no problem. When I cancelled the extended warranty it took 2 months to get the money and a fee of $75 was deducted. When I confronted Mike he said I only asked about cancelling and not about a fee. He said he did not feel he needed to disclose this to me. I bought a car from Tasca Buick last week and had a good experience. I was tracking the price of a certain car on cars.com and when it went down in price, I called them immediately and planned to drive out from Boston. I asked them to please have a Mercedes brought over from their other location too so that I could compare the two and only had to visit one place. They were kind enough to accommodate me on the same day. Chris Mills was my Sales Rep and he was nice with no pressure. I liked both cars and took one for two different test drives. Chris was very patient with me. I ended up buying one of the cars on the spot because it was a great price and I trusted their service. I had also researched them beforehand and learned that they had a good reputation. I am satisfied with the experience and recommend them to others. Their prices are much better than the prices I found anywhere in eastern MA. I still paid MA tax and they even have runners who got the car registered in MA after I bought it, so there were no extra steps that I needed to take for buying the car out of state. It was definitely worth it for me to travel a little further to get a good car at a good price and with good service. They also provided a 7 day money back guarantee and not just a store credit. That gave me extra peace of mind. I only had a small problem afterwards and it is something that others noted here. They were supposed to mail me the completed registration once it was ready but they didn't do it and the car inspection has to be done within 7 days after the registration. I called and emailed a few people a few times but did not get a response. I learned later that Chris was on vacation. I finally got someone on the phone who scanned/emailed the registration to me which was 7 days after it was created so I had to fly out of work to get my inspection done just in time. So, just be careful and follow up with them a lot on that subject. Other than that, I still recommend them for their service and prices. read more

Do not Buy a used car from here. I left thinking I had a certified pre owned car and found out I don't even have a good car. Somehow the enclave I bought which was inspected and "in great shape" came without any certified paperwork. I forgot to ask. So I am out of luck. Had to replace brakes and rotors, ignition system, battery. All my fault for buying a year old car from Tasca. When I called and spoke to them, it was simply "too bad". I noticed that my state inspection had run out and needed to get my car inspected quickly. I called Tasca in Woonsocket and they were able to get me in quickly. I received an update call saying the needed a little more time before i brought the car in which saved me from arriving on time and having to wait. I had a bad experience I thought the service department it was good the first time I brought my vehicle and I brought my vehicle back so they can do the work on my vehicle and I feel like between the service advisor and the technician didn't listen to exactly what I said about my vehicle I pacifically told them that the air compressor because it was not working properly and I told them there was something wrong with my air ride and they told me it was a sensors but if them senses go directly with the air compressor why not diagnose the air compressor as well so now I feel like I got ripped off when it was just the air compressor they needed to replace I know I used to work at a dealership and I know how it goes the more parts in the more service you have people do people get bonuses but what we're going through right now with this pandemic people should not be getting taken advantage of and I feel like they should diagnose the problem fully with the air ride before telling me I needed sensors And then when I told them OK so if you guys see that the compressor is wrong you're ready have the truck there you should keep it and get it done they told me know you have to set up another appointment and bring your bag that's so late that the bill that they currently on they're not making that much money in between taxes I know how it works and I just feel like I got robbed read more

Son completed purchase of new (to him) vehicle. Solid four star sales person experience. The salesman was courteous and helpful. The finance department was also four stars. The detraction here was the unnecessary wait two+ hours for the finance department to be able to engage. After that long wait, we were told there wasn't much that could be done until the AM (so no need for us to have waited so long). Brought my srx to work Saturday to service the rear diff decided to find out why my hatch leaks and the third brake light doesn't work turns out the light wasn't plugged in and the spoiler wasn't attached properly missing nuts and not sealed missing grommets the hatch is already rusting thru what a horrible place would not recommend to anyone better off to do the repair yourself nothing but lies there in it for the insurance money definitely not a gold certified repair facility don't know how they got that definitely wasn't worth 12 thousand plus by the way the light went out about a month after getting it back the hole experience sucked and so do they would definitely not recommend to anyone they deserve the middle finger salute I'll continue to fix it myself I should be able to charge them at least I fixed the leak and the light not hard to do if you know what you're doing they definitely don't I guess there name gives them clout to walk all over people read more

Worst experience ever. Went for an oil change at 9:45, I had an appointment for 9:45. I didn't leave until 12:10. All I needed was an oil change!!! I was asked if I wanted the tires rotated and I said sure. Only because most places it is included with an oil change. On the website it says it is included with an oil change. After waiting for hours I was just sitting watching my vehicle sit in the parking lot ready for over 20 minutes. And finally I am walked over to the cashier and aren't given a chance to look at the receipt and have to pay $80. On the website it is stated that oil changes are $49 or $55 for what I got depending on how much oil is needed and it includes a free tire rotation. So I was charged for a tire rotation that was supposed to be free but had to shut my mouth and walk out before I started yelling at the guy. Because the last time I got an oil change I was told my brakes where at 70% and the next oil change I need brakes. I will never spend another dollar in this horrible service robbery center. I will stick with my regular mechanic that is actually a nice guy and doesn't steal my money or my time. I will never ever EVER go back!!! Oh yeah when we had called before I made the appointment we where told no one was getting cars serviced today, basically we could walk in.they where open all day for appointments and I made the appointment for 20 minutes after I called. read more

We were interested in a vehicle and put down a deposit. The finance manger was very rude and when my husband was talking he said he's talking like that because he's from Fall River. We did not appreciate his demeanor at all! The sales person was very nice but the finance manager NOT so much! Needless to say when my husband attempted to speak to the Sales Manager he indicated the vehicle we had a deposit on was sold and they were mailing me a check. NO phone calls from the sales person, sales manager or even the finance manager. The business card indicates in bold "YOU WILL BE SATISIFIED" is a joke.
