Only to be told they dont have them in stock. At this point I'm visibly frustrated because not only did I drive 45 minutes out of my way, but I called ahead to check! And instead of owning up to the mistake, I get a rude customer service rep shouting out the likes of "hey I dont know what to tell you sir, our inventory is usually pretty accurate." Guy could of cared less. Word of advice, if it's your mistake that a customer is frustrated, own up to it, and instead of being rude, find a way to fix it. What they could have done was offer to look for a direct replacement for that part. Or find out when more would be in stock. Anything else besides an "i dont really give a crap attitude."
