The first one, never remembers how you style your hair, opens her own salon and gives everyone the same hair cut. I cried when I went home and I cried the next day as well. I know it grows back, but why be so mean with a pair of shears? Cutting off 2 inches?? You said you were trimming a "little". BUYER BEWARE!!
