They only take cash, they raise their price to $20 when it used to be $15. The guys don't give a shit about your hair they cut it the way they want to. They're lazy and take forever to cut your hair. I got a hair cut and I told them don't cut my hair line leave my side burns and no gel. Next this you know this guy is trimming my hair line and cuts me with the blade, shaves my face and cakes my head with a glob of gel. Another time, I go in for a haircut that I made an appointment for at 4pm and the guy wasn't even here so I left to get some food and come back. He's here when I come back and is doing someone else's hair so I wait but then starts doing 2 other people's hair even though I was scheduled at 4pm and end up waiting over 2 extra hours for my haircut. The employees were on their phones for 2/3 of my haircut. I would recommend any other barber shop.

My son has been to Taylor and Maikel both excellent barbers!!! However Maikel has left the shop and Taylor was not there and this big dude in chair #1 jacked my sons hair up!!! It was his last haircut before our PCS move and the barber in Maryland said he jacked my son hair up and it has to grow back in before I can get it cut how I wanted! I told the barber while at Dstyles that he wasn't cutting it how I showed him and he proceeded to tell me he's been cutting for 20 years and he's not an amateur. That dude is awful, we've been to Asian women who cut 100 times better, he should not be cutting hair!! Avoid station chair #1 at all costs, he's always available for a reason!! Run!!!!!! read more

AGGRAVATED. These barbers are great and they do an amazing job with haircuts but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The barber will be doing my husband's hair and then look up and watch the game for 5 minutes and get back to work. Then he'll pick up his phone and text a while and get back to work after a few minutes. We appreciate a barber taking their time but OMG- the line was soooo long and then they don't contribute to making it any better. They start chit chatting away with each other in Spanish (we speak Spanish as well) and stop cutting hair to talk for a while every few minutes. They have extremely talented men but they have no regard for customer service. read more

Arrived hoping to get my son his first "big boy" haircut. Checked in and added our name to their computerized list and was told it would be 30 minutes. 30+ minutes later I received a text saying to report back in 5 minutes because we were next. Once we arrived back a gentleman who left shortly after said we were next and to take a seat. Well another 30+ minutes later we were never called but some others were. I'm guessing they removed us from the list once they saw it was a toddler and was not interested in cutting his hair. I would also like to mention that the same people sat in the chair for almost an hour, they seem to be more concerned with socializing rather than completing a haircut. Please take your money and business elsewhere. I can not speak on their skill to provide a good haircut but I can say the amount of class and professionalism they have is non existent. read more

Haircuts are ok, the place has potential but they are just way too slow and staff is always talking to each other or on their phones. If I'm the only one there it can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour to get a haircut, but if it's a busy day and by that I mean 10+ people ahead of you; be ready to spend up to 4 hours of your day just waiting plus another hour getting your haircut. Great haircuts but LONG wait time! Put my name on the list at 10:30am. Went to Sam's Club, unloaded groceries at home, went out for lunch. Came back at 1:30 and still waited another hour before they got us in! The barbers are great, but they really take their time on each person. Dude. Do not go here. I got recommended to go here from a soldier, and my experience was dreadful. Halfway through my cut the guy left to talk on the phone for like ten minutes without so much as a "by your leave," came back muttered sorry and started up again. I think his name was jorge. (hor-hay) Loud as fuck Mexican rap music, which is whatever for me, but not good for everyone. Asked for a hard line part, he half assed it and I got a wedge taken out of my hair. Not even a complete wedge either, it was like cut on either side with wispy strands in the middle. God, the amount of gel I need to use to cover that up. The fade was Ok, but I went in thinking this was a quality Barber Shop and ordered their whole package deal. Guy had to be reminded to shampoo my hair, (their sinks are not clean) and I wanted to try a little hair etching design cause I felt a little yolo rising. He totally didn't do the design and kind of just brushed it off when I asked him about it, part of the package deal, didn't get it. read more

I remember coming to this baber at the mall a couple years ago. This is when I was a student at SUNY Canton in st. Lawrence county. Never will I forget. The Spanish man cutting my hair assumed I was black and in Spanish was criticizing my hair because "I don't take care of it." He was referring to my nappy hair in which I am a proud Afro-Latino Dominican with nappy hair. News for you, I speak Spanish as much as you do. My fellow humans with nappy hair, wether you be black, Dominican, or whoever, be proud of your hair. You are beautiful unlike the man who cut my hair. read more

Was sat down right after after someone had their hair cut. No hair was picked up on the floor prior. Must have stepped over the last 3 clients hair, was gross. Also noticed all the buzzer clips were still out from that last people, not washed at all (which is why previous people before me posted pictures of rashes on their head). Dude in the busted white air forces cutting my hair didn't say one word to me but instead called around on his phone looking for car parts at the same time as he attempted to half ass my hair cut. Asked him to line up my beard. He literally wet a random already used rag on the table next to all his other unwashed items and ran it under hot water and without ringing out the rag and put it over my face. No joke felt like being water boarded. It was a horrid experience. Read everyone's reviews, this place will not last and will give you a rash. If you're cool with Waiting 2 hours+ for a cut, by all means go ahead. However, I tried one barber who did an excellent job. I came back and got a different and was not pleased with the outcome. This is by far the worst costumes service place/ barber shop I've ever been there is no communication with the customer I got it, it's not that much quality hair cutters in this part of the USA so I guess you could afford be shitty and not caring about your customer if I didn't need this cut for work in the morning best believe I would just take my business somewhere else. read more

These guys do a pretty good job with lineups but unless you speak Spanish you may experience a little bit of a language barrier if you want to get something specific. Overall, good job and far better than most places in the area. Also, I don't know if appointments are accepted but it would be a good suggestion because every time I have gone to get a haircut, there were at least 7 or 8 people waiting. With the detail that is put into cutting hair, it takes each person at least 30 minutes to get done. read more

Slow, unprofessional and very disorganized. The owners or sole operators and barbers of this facility lack professionalism and 'business sense. There are always unnecessary personnel hanging around the shop which in turn slows down operations. Don't be surprised if your appointment means absolutely nothing or gets pushed or canceled for one of their 'homies. Plan on waiting around for about two hours or more for NOTHING. read more
