The work initially looked fantastic, and the car immediately had a much cleaner, more aggressive look. A few days later, I noticed some bubbling on one taillight tint and a small issue with the screen protector. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately scheduled me in, were prompt, and took care of everything while I waited--no excuses, no delays, no pushback. I was able to make a same day appointment.The business is located on a corner right across from a Valero gas station on San Bruno Ave. I arrived at my appointment time, but it did take awhile to check in the vehicle given it is only one person that handles the admin tasks. The staff at M Car Window Tint were super friendly and informative. The garage is decently big, can accommodate 3-4 cars. The small office has a small couch and you can get water while waiting. They also offer red bulls and sodas, but you do have to pay for those. The tint job for 2 front windows and the windshield took around 1-2 hours, which was super quick. They were very efficient and professional. My one issue was that there were some left over residue from the application of the tint, but I can overlook that since it was completed fairly quick and it was easily wiped off with a towel. They accept Zelle or cash(preferred) and credit cards(there is a fee for using credit cards). Payment was super quick and simple and they email you a invoice afterwards. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that was done and so far no peeling or bubbling after 2 weeks. Definitely recommend contacting them for your tinting needs! The windshield was cracked for about one foot long without any sign of hitting. So I reached out to the technician and he said it wasn't under any warranty unless it was due to workmanship or water leaking. At first, it sounded like they were not behind their product. So I said the windshield was faulty and cracked inside the car. However, he still didn't understand my point but keeping telling me that it wasn't covered if it was impacted by something like a rock. So I felt like I needed to talk to the manager and address my concerns. In addition, I requested a different brand in case they needed to replace it. After the appointment was set, the windshield had a couple more cracks just like the one before. So without a doubt, the shop had no problem to replace it at no cost. They also apologized that was the first time they had this faulty windshield. At the end, I am still thankful to find them. I'd definitely have given them 5 stars if they would have listened to me before making all sorts of assessment.
