I needed my new 55 in SUHD TV installed. I forgot to buy a mount and they had several options in their van all were cheaper and better quality than the ones at Best Buy. We got the best full motion mount. They even had shelves to install for the cable box, roku, and BluRay. The shelves were super inexpensive and have a sharp finish. The hid all the wires for me for just an extra $35 and they finished the job in like an hour. I am so impressed and so glad I used iDeal TV Installation. Poor service. The whole experience went terrible from start. My tv was broken by the technician who denied it. Company promised to install without charge. Came and installed another tv with all electrical wires all over the place. Called company and was promised they will be back to correct mistakes. No one has shown up yet. As a business owner, customer service is big for me. Just speaking on the phone with Marcus was a very unpleasant experience for me! He was very condescending, and was speaking to me as if I were a child. I called earlier and he placed me on hold and then hung up and didn't call back. That should have been a sign. He may do great work but There are MANY other places I can give my money too. I was looking to get 3 tvs mounted and two tvs mounted at my mothers home but I will definitely take my business elsewhere. read more

I contacted Ideal Friday night and had someone at my door Saturday afternoon. The work and attention to detail was impeccable and price can't be beat! IDeal is fantastic! We had a tech scheduled, due to overload the tech was not going to make it at the appointment time. The owner Marcus came out personally to install our flatscreen, He was not only very skilled, but installed our Sound Bar, and make the TV look great. I was unaware that we had to get a optic cable, but he had one in the back of his car. I was very glad to buy it through him. We had called several places, no one was as affordable as Ideal. Called and made an appointment to have my tv installed above my fireplace. Appt was set with Marcus for Tues between 5pm-6:30pm. We waited. No one showed or called. I texted Marcus at 6:30. He called at 6:50pm and said "yea, I'm sorry - I should have called to give you a heads up that our techs are running 30min late." I said no thank you - I already waited an hour & a half. I'm sure they would've done a good job with a simple mounting job if they actually showed up and properly communicated. I had an hour an a half window for an appointment. I missed a call from an unknown number (not the company's direct #). I immediately tried to call them back multiple times to no avail (mailbox full). I then called the company's direct line and spoke to Marcus who let me know the installers said they couldn't reach me (after one call) and he would let them know I was still there. After that, I didn't hear anything back. I tried to call the company back and they refused to answer my calls.Instead, I was fowarded to a full voicemail. Time wasted and unprofessional. This is what happens with a Craigslist ad I suppose. read more
