Initially all went well. Despite them not giving me an itemized price for each tv mounting along with hiding wires etc, I decided to proceed given their somewhat immediate availability. They arrived over an hour late. They did communicate they were on their way without giving an actual ETA. I followed up only to find out that I would have to cancel my plans because of their late arrival. They got right to work.. I explained that my last tv install was a little too high and I wanted to make sure that placement was ok before they proceeded. He mentioned that he was going to go with the standard height and it ended up being higher than my last install. All of that to say he proceeded without checking to ensure the height was ok. Secondly the next tv was done too high and had to be changed. Assumptions were made regarding the height without asking me. They were clearly rushing given how late they were. I asked for an outlet for a tv and they damaged the wall while installing it. They were nice and professional while here but the actual Installations were sub par. The TV's will have to be mounted again so now I've paid them to do a job that I am now going to have to pay someone else to do correctly. Mount is crooked and nearly about to fall off tv. Screws are not tight. Absolutely deplorable. Update: So I called them back after the faulty install because by the next day one of my TV's was now hanging from a full motion mount where the screws were not tightened. After much conversation with the person who did my installation,it was suggested that I let them return to fix the problem which I was very much against. Not only was my tv installation damaged and faulty but in the sliding of my tv it damaged a very expensive vose that was on my dresser. I insisted on a refund for the one tv and the vase which was damaged. He then mentioned he would talk to the owner and they would process the refund in a few days (and that this was a multi million dollar company; refunding my money was not going to be an issue). They never sent me detailed pricing although I requested it multiple times. I wanted to see exactly how much I was owed for the tv mount that was damaged. What company operates without detailed receipts for services provided. He threw out some ambiguous number of what they were going to refund me which ensued over text until I was satisfied with the amount. The conversation continued and he later admitted that they were tired; they were dispatched to my location after driving long to get there and that he didn't know why they would send him all the way from Calhoun to my location. He also noted that in his words " did they do the best job? No! But they did the best they could considering they were already late". Come to find out, HE was the owner and was lying to me about some delay to process my refund. Looked him up under Georgia business registration. I then demanded my refund because he was just delaying it at this point. Soon after I receive 4 phone calls back to back with no message from an unknown number associated with this company. I call it back and it's a person named Nicole who mentions that she is part owner of the company and wants to know what happened. I refused to talk to her since I had no idea who she was. She then said I would not be getting my money back unless I went through her. I proceeded to tell her that I already spoke to the owner and he said he was giving me my money back. I ended up getting a full refund from this shady company. Yes they have some good reviews but that all depends on if you catch them on a good day I assume. BUYER BEWARE! read more
