You can definitely find a better apartment for cheaper or the same price they are charging that actually has more amenities than they offer and actually keep up with said amenities.

I never kept a dirty kitchen and always put away food etc. It was just disgusting to me. Exterminating didn't help either. The Tow truck companies are like flies swarming around ready to tow someone's car. One night my husband was out of town and there were no more parking spots literally no where close AT NIGHT in the WINTER with my BABY and I had to park far away out of the visitors spots ( the car didn't have the sticker) since my husband had the other car. And very next morning it was towed! Plus the ladies in front are not helpful at all. This was my first apartment and they tried to squeeze as much money as they could with hidden fees, notices, etc. They took advantage of me and I will not be coming back! The hidden fees/ notices in which I'm referring to are based on my extensive moving out process. For starters, I tried to give the office my moving out notice letter but was rejected and told I had to come back on the 1st and caused me to have to come up with an extra months rent (including the raised rent amount) because I did not give the letter exactly 60 days prior. I do not have the contract framed on my wall to know these details nor did the office notify me of this rule. They did on the other hand give me a notice regarding turning in a renewal form that needed my signature of some Sort. So they did know my lease was about to expire they just chose not to mention the 60 day notice portion. The office should do a better job of informing residents of information regarding their leasing terms and conditions. I'm the type of person whom is always on top of their bills and responsibilities and I always felt there was some type of fee coming due to their flawed manner in which they communicate to residents.

Last year,…read morethere was a major roach issue around the entire complex and the apartment company didn't do anything about it until the end of the summer. Our A/C also went out last summer and it took about a week in the middle of summer to get it fixed. This year our dryer doesn't want to work and it has taken maintenance roughly a month to try to fix the dryer. It's been a pain having to dry clothes in the apartment especially since we will get fined if we line dry it on our patio. The apartments also decided to charge for the pool which is ridiculous in my opinion. It's only a dollar, but after living here for 2 years and having to go through rent increases then this. It's just not ideal. We also got an email from the complex telling us that we were parked in a reserved spot (even-though we were not) that is not reserved for anyone but that we could park there for $25 a month if we wanted...it's not a covered spot either. It just says reserved. They try to do events and stuff and honestly this place could be worse but I have not been very excited to live here this passed year. Then when moving out, we had them walk through the apartment to let us know what was wrong with the place. They said everything looked good and that we shouldn't be charged for anything. Then after moving out we got charged hundreds of dollars for the old carpet that they hadn't even had cleaned before we moved in. Very shady business and they try to undermine you and get you at every turn. Do not recommend them if you can avoid it.

She is kind, charismatic, personable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any issue or concern I've ever had, she handled it promptly and professionally. She has such a warm personality that she almost feels like a friend you can count on at any moment, which is rare to find these days. I also want to recognize Gaston, who helped us tour and find our apartment. He was incredibly patient, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and never made us feel like 'just another resident.' Honestly, everyone here has been wonderful even the maintenance team is kind, respectful, and quick to help. This community truly feels like family, and that says a lot. Vehicle Tow Incident and Ongoing Safety & Access Concerns…read more I have lived at this apartment complex for approximately three years and have maintained two vehicles on the property during that time. One of my vehicles was towed, leaving me without transportation and requiring me to pay out-of-pocket to recover it. Management later stated the vehicle was "not properly registered," despite it being added through the resident system that had been used without issue for years. I also want to formally document ongoing safety and access concerns experienced during my residency: * My vehicle has been broken into multiple times (approximately five) while parked on the property over the past three years. * On several occasions, security personnel have stopped or questioned residents for walking within the complex after approximately 10:00 PM, even when accessing their vehicle or common areas. * The most serious incident involved a break-in at our apartment, during which items were stolen from inside the unit. A police report was filed for this incident; however, no resolution followed.
