"Please know that our pricing is based on the high-quality materials, expert labor." - Yeah, "expert labor" is really needed to slap a piece of "high quality" tape on the top of my box. I'm not even paying with my own money, but off principle alone, I'm driving 10 minutes to the next UPS where they don't try to nickel and dime every customer that walks in. I've been to a UPS in several different states, and all happily taped the top of my box with no questions asked.

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I relied heavily on them due to my court deadline and was disappointed with how everything was handled. After I paid, I wasn't even placed in their system for nearly a week. I had to message them myself to ask why there were no updates, and only then was I added. If I hadn't reached out, I honestly don't know when anything would have been done. Communication was also a major issue. I received almost no email updates, and despite them saying they attempted service multiple times, only one attempt was ever documented or communicated to me. I was repeatedly left in the dark and had to keep asking for basic information. When I pointed out the delay and lack of updates, instead of working with me or taking accountability, I was told to "just get a new court date" -- even though their delay was the reason I was running out of time. I tried to be reasonable and asked if they could help me meet my deadline, but they refused to make even a small accommodation. Between being left out of the system, not receiving proper updates, minimal documented attempts, and then being told to basically start over with a new court date, I ended up having to hire someone else at the last minute. This cost me extra time, money, and stress. I wish my experience had been better, but I cannot recommend them based on how my case was handled.
