Reason for canceling, high fire area. I contacted 4 neighbors, all of them have State Farm. I called a second State Farm Agent to get additional information. CS rep states within 30 seconds that they can't insure me based on my zip code. Claims other neighbors must have been "grandfathered in"? Sounded like BS to me. We can't insure you, but we'll continue insuring all your neighbors. Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there and there and there, just not here. Tracy's office wasted my time and money by not checking in more detail before accepting my money and allowing me to cancel the insurance I had! So they got free money from me for doing NOTHING!!!! And now I have to find different insurance, AND WAIT FOR A REFUND! The whole situation sucks and could have been avoided. They should not accept payment without full approval from underwriting!

This office is not a traditional DMV and does offer limited services, which unfortunately comes with a few restrictions. According to the website, they offer knowledge tests, so I brought my child in for her permit test. However, because she does not yet have a driver's license or state-issued ID and wasn't already in the system, we were told we would need to go to the regular DMV instead. Aside from that inconvenience, I can definitely see the appeal and ease of using this office for eligible services. The gentleman working there was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout the experience.
