After the 3rd trip to fix the Whirlpool ice maker dispenser, the technicians have to back order another part for the Whirlpool ice maker dispenser. The Technicians don't know when the part will arrive so they can schedule a 4th trip to my house to repair the Whirlpool ice maker dispenser. Jackie, Supervisor, is a nasty person to customers. It was performed by Electronic Service Specialists under Lowe's Extended Warranty. Called back to Electronic Service Specialists and explained that the icemaker does not work. I was told by Electronic Service Specialists had already closed the ticket and there was nothing they could do because the repairman reported it was replaced and working. I explained that the repairman (Fong) was here for only about 15 minutes - there is no way ice would be made in 15 minutes to confirm it was working. Electronic Service Specialists explained that they could not do anything because the ticket was closed even though logically, the repairman could not have known if it was actually working or not.
