Despite paying up front for the total costs for the repair on my HP Laptop, I'd definitely come back or recommend this place to anyone I know. I dropped off my lap top on a Monday and the pick-up day was estimated for the following Monday. Elias was able to have the repair done by the following Thursday! Not only was he able to provide a speedy repair, but he was extremely accommodating. -- Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my laptop on Friday Elias had to close the store early due to personal reasons. Which was a minor inconvenience for me. I work 12 hour shifts on weekends (10am to 10pm) and Chik Mobile doesn't open until 12pm on Saturday. Which meant I wouldn't have been able to pick it up and been out a lap top until Monday. But he was able to accommodate me by meeting me at the shop 3 hours before the shop open (@9am) so I could pick up my lap top before work. Like a car mechanic that you trust, once you trust a repair service it's hard to justify going anywhere else. Chik Mobile LLC is the best!! It's a little drive from my house (about 25 mins) but TOTALLY worth it. I spent 3 plus hrs at Apple yesterday trying to fix my phone and ended up buying a new phone because they told me my old phone was unresponsive and not salvageable--they convinced me to just buy a new phone. I was skeptical but needed a working phone, but I brought the old phone into Chik mobile today and within 20 minutes my old phone was FIXED (just needed a new screen) and I was on my way... Best Technician. I had problems with my Mackbook pro and my Brother printer, for some unknown reason they were not communicating. After talking to Apple for few hours (told me I needed new laptop) and also talking to Brother Corp for countless amount of hours (they told me I needed a new printer).
